I want to leave an honest review about the Zubr Auto company. We thought about buying an electric car back in April and May. The spouse takes a responsible approach to the choice, so after a long analysis we settled on 2 cars: BYD Yuan Up and Honda MNV. I called almost all the companies that provide car delivery services from China, and Kristina, a pleasant girl who understands the issue well, answered the phone at Zubr Auto. She consulted me, told me about the pros and cons of both cars, and offered a test drive. Then we took a break, and we didn't return to this issue until July, but during that time, Kristina periodically called and asked if we needed more advice, and we had already decided. In July, I made repeated calls to all dealers, and through a difficult choice, we settled on Zubr Auto and BYD: I liked both the price and the financial conditions, and the initial service was excellent. We were promised full support during the delivery of our car, to send videos, the location of its current location, in general, to do everything to make our waiting as comfortable as possible. And so we signed a contract, paid the money, and that was the end of it)) after that, I had to constantly dial and check on the current status of our car myself. Moreover, Kristina was busy all the time, I couldn't reach her the first time, sometimes they agreed to contact me for a specific time and day, I dialed and it turned out that she didn't have any information about the car, I had to wait again and again call her back and catch her. In general, the delivery time of the car is stipulated in the contract for 3 months, we were promised to bring it much earlier, in one and a half to two months. The result was exactly 3, but that's okay. The most interesting thing is that as I typed and clarified the route of the car, they told me: here she is still at the border in China, here she is already driving through Kazakhstan, here she is already on the border with the Russian Federation, here she will be in Minsk in just a week. When I did not receive a call at the appointed time that the car had arrived in Minsk, I decided to dial myself. Kristina again didn't have any information about our car right away, she said she would call back. This time she called back herself, and it turned out (attention!) that the car was still parked at the border in China!!! They got something mixed up there. That is, for a month and a half we were fed false information, and when it turned out that they screwed up, they didn't even apologize to me, it was said simply as a fact. No compensation was offered, no options for smoothing the situation. As a result, the car still arrived, BUT it ate up a lot of nerves. And again, when they realized that we were not getting off them, the polite tone and sweet communication ended.
As a result: before the conclusion of the contract - my score is 5, after the conclusion of the contract - 1. In total, the arithmetic mean is 3. No contract support, just gutted nerves.
P. S.By the way, after receiving the car, I had a question for Kristina, I wrote to her in Telegram, no one has answered it for a month and a half)) apparently, I was blocked out of harm's way))

I applied to this company for a new train. I have never encountered such a technique. I stopped by the office to get a consultation. We considered a lot of options in my budget, and I had several test drives. We settled on the Honda M-NV in the maximum configuration (at the lowest price of all that was offered to me) . I didn't want to wait for delivery from China, but Dmitry, the head of the sales department, said that there was a car in the way of the color I needed and the car would arrive in 2 weeks. And he didn 't lie ) I picked up my new car 13 days after payment. They gave all the documents for the traffic police, transit numbers and carpets were also presented. Dmitry gave recommendations on maintenance and suggested where to make antikor and armored films.
In general, I recommend BISON CARS to everyone!!!!
As a girl, it is important for me to be looked after) and they did it!!!

I'm sharing my story with the bison-auto interaction. Everything is pleasant at the prices, the service is decent! Waiting for a car + -2 months. They are trying to fix the jambs, for example, I had two wheels replaced in the assembly (the Chinese or car dealers put them with a damaged disc and a cut tire), replaced by agreement and opportunity in a bison car, plus a small dent on the roof from the car mounting cable (I did not fix it). The car was promised to be delivered by railway, as a result, I drove by car carrier, car carriers are different, the registrar records that the car carrier is not covered (a fact, but here as luck would have it), so the car comes completely dirty, they prepare it for delivery themselves, everything turned out as promised. I am only disappointed that Dmitry did not personally hand over the mats :) Separately, I would like to note the work of Alexander from Brest and Roman from the service station, the guys were great, they always made contact and did not merge, as it happens in other firms. I hope they get a bonus!) so, taking into account all these points, you can safely make a decision to work with the company or not. If some things are important, such as railway delivery, then, most likely, it's worth thinking about, otherwise everything is fine!)

It seems that a good " teacher" is working with them. They tried to give the car away unprepared, covered in sand, each manager has his own price for antikor from 900 to 1100, and as a result, no one did anything. Guys, take care of your health and nerves, avoid this "bison. In addition, I came to the traffic police for registration, it turns out that not all the documents are there, there is no electronic passport. In April, I decided to buy an electric train from China , called a dozen car rental companies for the best conditions and the price was offered in Zubr Auto .I arrived at the office and signed a purchase and sale agreement. Manager Kristina took her personal car to a bank that does not charge a commission for payment, transferred money to the company's settlement account (the majority of car rental companies from China offer payment immediately to China, I did not like it) then Kristina took me to the train station (I am from the region) and I went home.Two months later, as they said, the car arrived in Minsk, all the documents for registration were made.I also ordered a car charger from Bison (they sold it at cost and mats were also donated.) I arrived at the office, checked the car, everything is in order, signed the acceptance certificate and went home.The car was charged and washed.The car was paid on April 24, picked up on June 24. We ordered a Voyah car from Bison from China.
They wanted a specific year of manufacture, color and package + one of the selection criteria was to provide an account that gives access to additional functions that are not available without it. As a result, the supplier made a mistake and sent a car of a different year of manufacture, respectively, it was more expensive and we had to pay extra. We also cannot access the account due to various excuses from the manager. It can be done through third-party organizations - and this is an additional financial loss.
If you are looking for a reliable option and your car account is important to you as well as to us, I advise you to consider other options.

We bought a BYD PLUS in Minsk from a car in stock, manager Violetta - we solved all the issues without any problems. The charging station was given as a gift, they promised a free first ONE :). There are no complaints about the company. We are happy with the car. The only note to the pre-sale consultations is that in winter the battery charge is enough for half of the distance stated by the manufacturer, if you have plans for long trips, this should be taken into account.
