04/01/2022 I purchased through the online store "Belarusian clothing ZUMINI.RU " order No. 10370 raincoat JURS 22-839-1 size 48, in the amount of 1 piece, worth 6299.00 rubles, which is confirmed by a copy of the consignment note No. 10370.
The product was received by me on 04/12/2022, which is confirmed by the SDEC bill of lading.
After unpacking the Product on the same day, I found that the Product does not correspond to reality, i.e. in the description on the online store's website it is indicated that the fabric is 100% polyester (i.e. "raincoat" fabric) in fact, the raincoat is sewn from a velour type fabric, the color is brown, in fact brown-burgundy.
04/13/2022 I contacted the staff of the above-mentioned online store. An application was sent by e-mail in order to terminate the purchase and sale agreement and refund the funds.
AS A RESULT, THERE IS COMPLETE SILENCE FROM THE STORE, ALL PHONES ARE UNAVAILABLE, MONEY IS NOT RETURNED. I wrote a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor.
