The most unpleasant experience
We recently organized a birthday party in this institution, inviting many guests. The first impression was quite positive: the interior, the atmosphere and the food were in line with expectations. However, as soon as they began to notice the behavior of the staff, it became obvious that the holiday was ruined.
The first case: One of the waiters came to our table, put the meat from the common dish on his plate and took it to the back. When asked what he was doing, he began to justify himself, as if some woman had asked him to do it.
The second case: Another waiter took away a large dish of fish, although the guests had not finished eating it yet — they just went out onto the dance floor. Following him, I saw several employees in the back room already eating from this dish.
When I tried to find out what was going on, the head waiter just shrugged his shoulders, referring to the fact that these employees were temporary workers, allegedly "hired from the street in the morning," and they were just hungry. Instead of apologizing, I was offered a bottle of vodka, which looked like a mockery.
Later, some of the guests said that they also noticed how the waiters took food from the tables for themselves, took it away and ate!!!. In addition, the account seemed strange — it is possible that extra positions were included there.
Bottom line: The holiday turned out to be spoiled, and the trust in this institution was completely lost. No one wants to pay a lot of money to be cheated and robbed. It is also doubtful whether these waiters had medical records. We won't come here anymore and we won't advise anyone.

Great karaoke, and the sound is awesome, but it's expensive. It's worth it. The service is top-notch, I liked everything. We will definitely come again.
