Overall good location. But Very not pleasant lady serving customers. She didn’t know herself some processes, such as which barcode you need for return - if scanning the item barcode doesn’t work you can also use return barcode from returns section. When I figured it out myself next time (after missing delivery window for previous return), I pointed out to her the process. She was being sarcastic and rude . Plus She was whole time of retrun on the phone with someone (holding it down but like treating me short so I leave and she can continue chat, instead of turning off , putting aside, giving me attention as she’s after-all at her job. When I asked for attention to me she was rude.
Losses and unpleasant experience here :(
