The restaurant has a nice spacious hall with a high ceiling and windows top to bottom on 3 sides, so you do not feel cramped like in the other restaurants of JA resort. The food is average - the fish is always good, so are desserts. The meat and side dishes are often off. If you come here for a weekend, it will be fine, but if you come for 10-15 days like we usually do, eating a fish with over peppered potatoes or pasta will become tiresome. The prices are too high. 585 AED for 3 persons for regular lunches and 885 on weekend dinners without drinks. It is enough to book a luxurious ride to the downtown and back and have dinner in a good restaurant. The only reason one would go here twice is the remoteness of other options. But it is still the best of the JA restaurants we tried.
