The Dubai Hills Collective 2.0 residential complex is a place where you feel really comfortable. There's a cool pool, a cozy barbecue area, and a huge park nearby where it's nice to walk your dog or go for a morning jog. The infrastructure is well thought out and modern — everything you need for life is within walking distance. A very atmospheric, comfortable and friendly place to live. ⸻ Review (EN): Dubai Hills Collective 2.0 is a place where you genuinely feel comfortable. It has a great pool, a cozy grill area, and a large park right next door — perfect for walking your dog or enjoying morning runs. The infrastructure is modern and well-designed, with everything you need just a short walk away. A very warm, convenient, and welcoming place to live.

Pros: near a park, shops and pharmacies, a house. The megamall can be reached on foot. Good elevators. Minuses: On the contrary, there is a peculiar layout: the bedroom is a glass enclosure with a non-lockable sliding glass door, and for some reason a blind wooden lockable door. So a two-bedroom apartment is better, especially if there is an office in the glass room. The air conditioners in these houses often work poorly, I rented 4 different ones, in two it was faulty. The garbage chute is often broken.
