There was no influx of people. I took a walk, went to the store and came back in 25 minutes. The order was not ready. I voiced it again. As a result, they gave it back 42 minutes after payment. It turned out that the guy only gave the shawarma, and the French fries – "I forgot." He offered to wait for him to cook the fries or return the money. Of course, I chose the latter, since waiting an hour for shawarma and fries is too much. 🚀⏰️
I put 2️⃣ points only for the shawarma. It's delicious, the filling is in balance and the sauce is enough. The napkins were placed normally. Otherwise, the impressions leave much to be desired.

I want to leave a review about the purchase of a medium classic shawarma (8 rubles, 450 grams), 9 nuggets (8 rubles) and one sauce for hunger. There is very little meat in the shawarma, literally 5 pieces and it is terribly tough, I just had to spit it out. Underweight: the shawarma has 450 grams, it turned out to be 420. And the price of nuggets in the online store for 9 pcs is 6.5 rubles, and in place is 8 rubles, and they are so tiny, there probably were 100 grams at best, i.e. 80 rubles per kg. Moreover, Heinz portioned sauces are painted on the menu board, and in the end I got them cooked.
And yes, I wrote to them on Instagram that they would comment on the situation, in response - silence. You immediately realize that half of the reviews are not true!!!

Брал шаурму несколько раз, и разный вкус. Одни ребята готовят вкусне.
Одна была сухой и пережаренное мясо, которого почти не было, преобладала капуста, но решил дать второй шанс. И во второй раз и мясо сочное и баланс овощей хороший.
Ещё раз не брал бы, уж очень ситуативное качество.

Какогда зашёл в нее первый раз, после двух укусов выкинул шаурму в мусорку, была ужасная, думал больше никогда не куплю тут шаурму, но спустя время поменяли поваров и рецептуру и стала отличная шаурма, раз в неделю стабильно захожу к ним, грузинская топ!!!

заказываешь в сырном лаваше всегда перепутают
заказываешь королевскую всегда разный размер и упаковка(каждый мастер как хочет делает)
по качеству ингредиентов все хорошо
но шаурму крутят всегда по разному
единственный мастер девушка всегда стабильно вкусно
все остальные раз на раз
желание к ним идти отбилось после почти 6 месяцев стабильных походов пару раз в месяц
вот так кратко можно сказать о них

Повар который часто закрыл на обед и перерыв больше не работает, месяца два где-то, по вкусу скажу что вкусно и необычно, есть момент что всем не угодишь, кому нравится больше соуса , кому не нравится меньше соуса , при этом любая желания покупателя учитывается, вы можете попросить как вы желаете, повары учтут ваши желание если это не противопоказано по правилом компании

Ну, такое... Мясо в шаурме сухое ужасно (покупали три разные шаурмы и везде было одинаково). Готовится 15 минут, можно это время сходить в магазин. Есть сомнения в качестве продуктов, которые заворачивают в лаваш.
