But I need money now and now I needed to refuel, they don't care that at the moment I have an empty tank and cash , and I don 't have it on the card with me 😑 I complete my review, I arrive a week later, and what? Again, I couldn't refuel, but this time it just knocks out an error on the card, (the payment card is already different), but the payment was successful for cash.

We are always satisfied, especially like the opportunity to refuel with contactless payment through the app. But the automatic washing the last two times is generally frustrating. We always take a Piggy bank. But we didn't see any active foam washing or wax twice in a row! Just rinsed the car with water and blew it? Well, it's a shame.... I guess it's okay, I'm not lucky, it happens. After that, I started going to this car wash, because it's closer to home. On the fingers of one hand, you can count the number of times I've traveled here, and the last time, at this self-wash, the terminal ate my money and didn't give me time. I went to look for a solution to the problem again. Apparently, there was no one from the management, the hard worker just gave me a piece of paper and told me to fill out an application for a refund. It's been a month now and my funds have not been returned to the card. It's not a fact that this paper even reached the accounting department. In general, the car wash itself is normal, but glitches with the terminal spoiled the whole impression and discouraged the desire to travel here. I don't know how often this happens to others, but personally, I'm not going to go to the checkout every other time and beg for my money back because their vending machine didn't provide time to wash after payment. And I'm not going to give them away either. I'd rather use other sinks.
