My sister and I went here to try a coffee Gastrofest set, there are no complaints about the taste, but the service left unpleasant impressions. We had to wait a bit until one of the tables was free, and a few minutes later a young couple joined the queue behind us. We took a vacant table, and when paying for the set, the woman at the checkout told us, "Girls, is it okay if we give you a couple more?" We politely declined, as it would have been uncomfortable for both us and this couple, especially since there was no need for it, and after a couple of minutes other tables were available. Bottom line: this woman made a set for a couple earlier than us, even though we came first. And I brought them everything right to the table (like all the other visitors), and she told us, "Girls, take your sets yourself" (like we have self-service). I don't understand how we deserved such an attitude and why she was offended. We weren't rude to her, we just wanted to spend time together. I have never come across such offers from staff in establishments, take note that this is ugly and violates the comfort of visitors.
