Mostly because of the convenient location for me and the pleasant system of cumulative bonuses (a liter of gasoline is significantly cheaper). I like that it was fast and without going to the cashier, I did not find queues, I did not observe any failures in work. Definitely, it suits me.

We just refueled at an automatic gas station at Gerasimenko 2. We drove up to the pump, went to pay, and it turned out that two payment terminals did not see the 4th column. I had to move. Discounts for 16 liters of fuel as a gift and "deduct all points" were not applied when paying. The receipt was not given to us, not to the person who preceded us... And a week ago we tried to refuel in Borovlyany, too, the discount was not applied... As a result, we left refueling without a discount due to urgency

The refueling is normal - there have never been any complaints about fuel, it is conveniently located, but at one time 30 liters of fuel was stolen from me, the support service did not solve anything. But their biggest problem is that they issue checks every other time. I repeatedly called the operator - constant excuses - printer, tape... But what about the rule - there is no receipt - the service is free? Formally, I was not given a document during the sale - maybe left sales?
