disgusting!! The reception refused to accept payment by card, they told me to withdraw money from an ATM. We moved into room 1 where the air conditioner does not work, specially booked with air conditioning!! The staff did not even try to solve this problem in any way. The TV turned out not to work either. The bed linen is dirty!! It's just awful! They asked to relocate or refund the money! Refused!!!!
