A wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday with your family. We had a vacation together on New Year's Eve. The guests are mostly pensioners from Germany and England. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the cleaning is just perfect. There is an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, both open in winter. The location of the hotel is in the very center near a park with fountains, Cleopatra beach is a minute walk away. The food is a culinary masterpiece, the products are natural, the menu varies depending on the day of the week (there is nothing overcooked, with the same taste and different appearance as in other hotels). Wi-Fi is free, it catches all over the territory in all buildings, in the pool, hammam, elevator, just super! I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back here for a rest!!!

I had a rest in January 2026 (20.01-26.01). Wonderful, quiet, clean and peaceful hotel. Mostly vacationers: German pensioners, Turkish citizens, Poles. Russian Russian was almost unheard, for 7 days, for several days they thought that I was from Germany, since I did not communicate in Russian (with no one). Russian Russians didn't change their attitude towards me at all, on the contrary, the staff even tried to tell me something in Russian (it was very pleasant), but I also respect the staff and know the basic phrases in Turkish (both you and yours). The hotel has 3 swimming pools: two outdoors (one of them is heated), plus one indoor, warm in the building across the street (there is also a gym in this building). I liked the food, there is almost always fish, as well as meat, desserts, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, ice cream, tea, coffee, lemonades, ayran (you need to ask the waiter to bring it), alcohol (from 10-23h). The hotel is for relaxation, everyone is smiling, saying hello (both guests and staff). It's nice to watch the grandparents relax. During the day they sit on the veranda drinking coffee, beer, wine, and in the evening they gather in companies and play board games (very cute) and all this somehow calms and slows down (and that's what I came there for). Waiters walk almost all over the territory and make sure that the drinks do not run out, with an offer to update))) The room is warm enough (this is very important during off-season), but the air conditioner also saves. A big plus is that the Internet works very well throughout the hotel. Internet and air conditioning are free. Daily cleaning, no soap accessories (only liquid soap in the dispenser). Check-in at 2 p.m., check-out at 12 p.m. I arrived at 10 a.m., they immediately put on my wristband and sent me to breakfast (I left my things in the luggage room), they didn't connect the Internet right away because it was linked to the room, they checked in at 12 p.m. and, accordingly, immediately connected the Internet. I had a transfer from the hotel at 3 p.m., at 12 p.m. I left the room, left my things in the luggage room and continued to enjoy all the benefits of the hotel (the bracelet was not removed), the Internet was still working, there was only a request for a review and they rebooted it (apparently by untying it from my hotel room). I've been flying to Alanya for 9 years now, 2-3 times a year, and I've been to many hotels, this is the only all-inclusive hotel where I want to return (I usually live in apartment hotels) and I'll definitely come back)))

Everything is great. The location is the most advantageous - a 2-minute walk from the best Cleopatra beach in Alanya. The food is excellent. The choice is huge and varied. It's all clear. Linen is changed every other day. Towels are provided for everyone. One of the disadvantages is furniture with broken corners. But that's a small thing. The main thing is the positive emotions from the rest.

A city hotel, in a good location, 300m from the sea, its own beach, quite a variety of food, there is a diet menu, the room can be selected according to preferences. The hotel has its own playground, aqua slides, a children's pool and plenty of places to relax, a spa area, a modern gym and a specially organized bike storage room.

Food -5+, peace and quiet , no noise from parties here. The staff is friendly, they always offer drinks themselves, the beach across the street is clean and tidy. Nearby is Migros, where you can buy groceries , souvenir shops, and a funicular. We want to come here again . The food is always changed and kept clean. Grilled meat, pizza, French fries and burgers, and national food are always prepared.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location, Cleopatra Beach is across the street, the ski lift is 5 minutes away, and you can walk to the Red Tower in 20-30 minutes. The rooms are nice and clean. And now the cons: there is little delicious food, and there is a much richer choice in 4 (and I am not particularly picky about food). An indoor pool was announced, but it wasn't working (and it's still relevant in April). There are no towels for the pool and the beach, even with a deposit, they offer to buy for 600 lira. Also be careful, freshly squeezed juice is paid for at breakfast.

3 stars with a tensioner! The staff, the food, the cleaning, the rooms, the gym, the pool, the location, the view - everything sucks. A spa is generally a disgrace. Even the sun beds from the hotel on the beach are paid. You come to the beach and have to go back to the reception to pay. I was here at a sports training camp, so I had to put up with this outrage. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, then choose another hotel.

Hello, everyone. I was in February 2025, what can I say about the hotel-it's love at first sight, the service is like in 5+, the rooms are cozy and clean, as for food, it's SPACE, variety, meat, fish, fruit, ice cream, I'm generally silent about cakes and pies, everything is incredibly delicious. A warm pool outside, we swam in it on 02/25/2025)). The perfect attitude to the guests.In the evening, there is sometimes an impromptu disco from the DJ from the hotel. Everyone is having a lot of fun dancing and singing. If the hotel had been available on 05/9/2025, I would have come again, but unfortunately everything was booked, I had to choose another one. I don't know about the youth, there were adults in February, maybe it's different in the summer.I really loved this hotel. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE.You won't regret it.

A good hotel for a good quarter. The content of the guests is mainly "German sobes". At the reception, one employee speaks Russian. In April, there were a lot of fruits in the dining room, including good ripe strawberries. The beach in front of the hotel is within walking distance. On the beach, do not leave any bags on the sun loungers, because beach number 6 is especially popular with local thieves . My bag was stolen, I saw it while in the water. In my case , I feel sorry for the bright beach bag , my favorite leggings and sunscreen , there were no other valuables there . The hotel card is only, the receptionist said, since it was stolen, you don't have to pay for the card. It is useless and long to call the police because of pants and creams. There are no cameras there, as well as chances to find your belongings. Be careful yourself 😊

I liked the hotel, the food was varied, there were many dishes with vegetables, the staff was quiet and attentive. The water in the pool is heated, there are only two deeper pools, and two for kids. the rooms are clean, the beach is nearby and most importantly there is no traffic like in other hotels. The visitors are elderly Germans, so it's very quiet and peaceful. I recommend. Very close to the funicular to the fortress, the archaeological museum, many cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, souvenirs, courts, shops.

I had a rest at the end of May 2023. Almost all tourists in the hotel are retired from Europe. The hotel is quiet, there are no animations, no music (even in the bar), it resembles a boarding house for the elderly! Here is a top-level kitchen for every taste! If you are young and want an active, fun vacation, then 100% you are not here!

The connection is unstable, the speed does not exceed 3 Mbit/s The locker room is on one floor, the indoor pool and sauna are on the other. There are not enough lockers in the locker room. Pool towels are not provided. There is a sign that you can't take a towel out of the room, but the staff says to take a towel out of the room. The sound insulation in the rooms leaves much to be desired. It can be heard down to the individual phrases that the neighbors utter.

We had a vacation with our daughter in early October ..The hotel was chosen based on reviews and location. I liked absolutely everything: the friendliness of the staff , room service ( a room with a beautiful view of the sea on the 4th floor) , food , the beach. The hotel is wonderfully located: near the beach, Ataturk Boulevard, a cave, a funicular on which you can climb to the fortress, many cafes and restaurants. We will definitely come here again!

I will leave a review about my best and unexpected impression of the Riviera Hotel. We arrived with my husband at the invitation of a real estate agency, we were placed in this hotel, the agency paid for our stay at the hotel for 4 days. At the end of my stay, I fell ill with Covid and while undergoing PCR testing, we were quarantined in another room. We were completely unprepared for the unplanned expenses for accommodation and meals during the illness. Until the last day, I was very worried that we would be billed an impressive bill and we would have to borrow money from our relatives in order to pay off. I chose only breakfast from the food in order to try to reduce costs as much as possible, but breakfast and dinner were brought to me every day. when I asked why, they just answered that everything was OK. dinner was brought to me so impressive that I had food left for lunch the next day and even a snack during the day. After 7 days, to my happiness and great surprise, we were billed for 1800 Turkish lira for the entire period of stay, when converted into rubles it is about 10 thousand rubles, while meals were included in this price (at the same time, I looked that the cost of living for a day here cost about 4 thousand rubles). I am extremely grateful to the staff of this hotel for such care and for what they did so worthily and nobly. I admire this country and these people. Thank you very much, you are super.

The first day here, just getting used to it. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are as in the photos. New, cozy, modern. The staff is quite themselves, ready to help and explain everything. They don't speak Russian, which can be a problem, but they speak English and German very well. Wi-Fi is weak, there is only at the reception, in the rooms - where-how, in one room it does not catch at all, and in the other (mine) it catches, because I am next to the reception, and I also have a sea view, although I did not pay for it - it's nice. The sea is right across the road (narrow). But if there are a lot of connections, then of course it will fall off. Otherwise, everything is fine. There are two pools. In short, the hotel is on a solid 4-star, which it is officially. As long as I can, I recommend it :)
