The service has fallen to the bottom. I've been using this service for 10 years. In recent years, it has become noticeable that something is wrong. Either the owner has changed, or the owner of the sensible managers has kicked out, or one of the co-owners has left.
The last time I came for a change of shoes, I was told that the tires had not been brought! They asked me to come in the evening, in 3-4 hours! I took time off from work to arrive before traffic jams, and they tell me to arrive later. And we invited guests for the evening. Okay, I came, but we found out that the tires were brought, but they were put on another strange car!! That's how they took and gave away a set of original discs with Michelin tires at a price of 700,000 (!!!) Some uncle!!! They began to find out how it happened: the uncle himself pointed to this kit and the manager did not compare the seals that are placed on each disk!!! And then why do they put these seals??? I.e. anyone can come and point to new disks, put them on his car, leave the old ones and leave. "This is a fiasco, bro"!!!
The manager at the re-fitting and the masters were not particularly worried or worried: "They will be brought back tomorrow and we will deliver them to you." Everything is so simple for them! What if that uncle replaces my tires? Will he put junk instead of those who left season 1? And if he changes the disks and brings the old ones? What if he left town and then I have to wait for him to come back in a month? They couldn't solve the problem that night.
They don't even realize that they are not dealing with car wipers or interior fragrances, but with discs and tires that can cost more than their six-month salary!
The next day, I contacted the girl manager at the office. She understood everything, called back later that the discs had been returned and she could come.
I asked her to put me in touch with the director. She said she couldn't do it, but she had already notified the director. I then asked him to call me back himself. She replied that she would convey my words to the director. And for the second time I had to take time off from work and go to the service.
The director never called back. I think this already speaks to his attitude towards his business!
No one has made any discounts or any compensation for the inconvenience caused, additional expenses on the road and worries about losing 700,000 tenge out of the blue!!!
The manager at the service was surprised that I didn't want to leave the winter tires with them!!! His argument was: "Well, it happens, this is not a reason not to use their service"!!!
I took my winter disks and left thinking that I would not set foot to them anymore, i.e., not a tire! And you think for yourself.
