The hotel has been renovated and is now called Saint star. New renovation, very clean, modern. The staff is helpful. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Let's just say that... It's quite bearable and you can get used to it. Simple and modest. The staff is always helpful, everyone is very friendly, they will help with any question.
Initially, there was only the Otium Inn, then they bought a building next to it (apparently there was a Rivero hotel) and combined everything into one. Therefore, the building stands as a separate building with its own quiet pool.
I do not know which rooms are in the main building, initially we booked a Large room for three, because I do not like crowding.
And specifically in this separate building, everything above the ground floor is normal in size rooms. And if you also have a corner one, then there are already two balconies.
I was surprised by the height of the mirrors in the closets and in the bathroom, they are all for small people. Ie, with my 168, I only saw my neck, I had to bend down to at least comb my hair.
The balcony is narrow and small, but there are two armchairs and there is a place to dry the laundry (just take clothespins with you, because often the neighbors' swimsuits and shorts flew away).
You can iron the linen yourself - a board + iron are always available on the ground floor.
The safe is free of charge. You turn on the digital yourself, if the safe has a key, then ask for it at the reception.
BEFORE CHECKING IN!!!!!
When you enter the room, immediately check whether the air conditioner is working (specifically for cooling, and not just as a fan), whether the refrigerator is working, whether the safe is broken, whether the water is leaking, whether the hair dryer is working.
We changed the room three times until everything was satisfied. After the departure of the previous guests, apparently only the garbage is removed and the beds are made, and no one checks the technical equipment.
The size of the shower stall caused great surprise. I'm not quibbling, but it's very noticeable. She's SMALL!
I can't imagine how a man with dimensions can squeeze in there, or, for example, wash a child.
But these are all small things if you are not going to sit in the room or by the pool.
The most important thing is the SEA!!!!!
It's amazing in Kemer!!! Clean, warm, without jellyfish and algae.
By the way, the beach at the hotel is far away, but it is many times better than the free city and hotel beaches near the city center. Our pebbles are shallow, it is comfortable to get out of the water and there are much fewer people.
The shore has been cleared of large stones, and the water is so clear that even the buoys can see the sandy bottom and inscriptions laid out of stones at depth. There are always free sun beds (apparently, because of the bus schedule, people adjusted).

Great hotel, liked the cuisine, gorged on sweets. The room is small, but there are zero complaints for this price.
There is a cool swimming pool, a hammam and a sauna. I went to the fitness every other day.
There are plenty of shops around. The beach is far away, but there is a bus from the hotel to its own beach, there are a lot of sun beds, the sand is clean, the sea is transparent.
The attitude of the staff is cool, but on the other hand - they don't bother the guests and it's good.
We settled in, we were well fed, we didn't make any noise all night - what else do you need?
The Internet is paid and expensive for $ 10 per week. There is a Wi-Fi near the reception, but it just doesn't load any pictures, it's impossible to log in to the online bank.

In all other buildings it is noisy up to 23 hours because of the animation. Especially do not take rooms in Building A facing the neighboring hotel. It's very noisy..they buzz for up to 24 hours, although this is a violation. Since the windows and walls are too thin, it will seem to you that they animate in your room. Meal...we were told that the food in this hotel is good.. but here it's for an amateur. There was always only chicken for lunch and dinner, mackerel fish and lake trout were given several times. Fruits are delicious oranges, watermelons, apples, pears every day. Plus there were nectarines and plums. In my opinion, the food is modest, not varied, but you won't starve. The breakfasts are not very good. But in principle, if someone has ever been interested in the cost of a flight in a tour package, they will immediately realize that it is about 70%

The hotel is on the main street of Ataturk, but already at the end of the street. Unfortunately, we came across a tiny and rather shabby room. But other buildings have already been repaired. The owner is a serious man, he often came with his sons, always greeted us and asked if everything suits us. Now about the beach. The beach is at the beginning of Kemer and you need to take the free hotel bus for 3-4 minutes. The bus goes every 30 minutes. At first, it upset me, but when I walked along the nearest beach, I realized better this way. Because the stones are very large . And on the beach of the hotel there is sand and very small pebbles. There is always coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks on the beach. For the 25 tons in 7 days that we gave back then, this is a super hotel. This year we will also choose this hotel, if the owners have not changed.

Many thanks to all the staff, more friendly staff have not been met on any of the other trips. The hotel is not big in the very center of Kemer)) more precisely, 10 minutes at a calm pace to the clock tower. It is clean and cozy everywhere, it is clear that people love and protect their hotel. However, it takes exactly 5 minutes to get to the sea by hotel bus, it did not bother at all. The guys from the registration are always friendly and ready to help with all questions. Bartender Mohamed is a nice guy who is always positive. Animators Diego and Sergey, although it was already the end of the season and a few vacationers tried their best. One foam party was worth a lot on the beach on the Independence day of the republic, guests from neighboring beaches came, it was fun, thank you. Room 218 in building B is ordinary, the balcony is small, you can't sit there, the bathroom is also tired, the TV was working, the hair dryer was also on, the water was always hot!
The food was without frills, but delicious, they did not stay hungry, on the contrary, the desserts were just fine)))

I don't know what's so great about the hotel,? Everyone goes and changes the numbers. The air conditioners don't really work.You leave for the sea, we arrived, the room is hot, and the air conditioner is barely breathing....It takes 2 hours to cool the room. The rooms are tired .....there is not even a chair, there is no place to place things.The rooms are just mini-rooms))) I can't say anything about the pool, we don't sit by the pool and swim. Buses to the sea in an hour and a half. There is one +TV and it shows. The food in the dining room is not at the highest level, but they will not leave you hungry. But watermelons are cut in advance, so they are no longer edible when they are taken out (everything is thrown away)))), it's a pity.....I wish the owner to listen to the reviews. I would just like to write- the hotel is the worst of all possible!!!! But, better objectively, perhaps someone will be quite satisfied with these "nuances".
Advantages of the hotel: 1) low cost, at least we took a tour for 7 nights, in November, 20 thousand for one. (flight, accommodation, meals)
2) The location of the hotel - it is located on one of the main streets, although Kemer itself is so small that almost all the streets are main there and you can walk from anywhere to the central square.
That's where the advantages ended.
Maybe we were so unlucky, but our number was the most unfortunate!! Building A , 3rd floor- the balcony overlooked the pool. Firstly, the room was very small!!!! Two separate beds- creaking with a sagging mattress and terribly uncomfortable pillows! If you are squeamish, take your bed linen right away, it did not inspire confidence at all. I am far from a discerning tourist, but this is really very uncomfortable furniture!!! If you have back problems, you will suffer! The closet is 30 cm deep, there were three hangers that could only hold light things, everything else just couldn't fit! Our things were stored anywhere- on the bed, on the suitcase...and there was nothing else in the room! One bedside table and a narrow shelf under the TV to put glasses, phone and all sorts of small things. Oh, and a mini fridge. There wasn't even a chair. The bathtub is a scary shower stall, toilet and sink 20*30 cm!
But these are not all the disadvantages of the room! Since the location is opposite the pool, the speakers from the stage, which is immediately behind the pool, are turned towards the building and from 19 to 23 music is booming in the room (most often Russian pop, Serdyuchka, and all sorts of rubbish)
The music is booming so that you will not be able to sleep! Even if you close the balcony door. It's still very audible!
I mean, if you choose a hotel just to return from excursions to spend the night - choose a room, demand the best, I understand that there are bigger and better rooms, but they are not offered in the first place.Food sucks. The review does not fit in more detail.

Animator Diego is just great, really trying. Clean pools. The staff is by and large friendly, but at the bar at exactly 22:30 stop work, regardless of the number of people standing in line.
Now the negative:
In general, everything else... A more meager choice in nutrition has never been seen anywhere (Although from what is available, everything is quite tasty).
There is one bar and all drinks are only there (even water, tea / coffee, lemonades), respectively, there is always a queue, in the morning you need to stand for tea for at least 10 minutes. (Horror)
There is always a queue for food, plus the heat at the place of delivery is like in a bathhouse.
Room cleaning on request and its quality is very so-so (
Next to the hotel, the Ginza Travel tour agency, manager Ilyas, highly recommend it, explains everything clearly and intelligibly. We went on jeep safari in the mountains (black Halloween jeeps are required, we had a guide/driver Murat) It's just a bomb, spectacular, extreme!!! There is also a pirate ship in front (I will add).

Very cozy, sincere, high-quality! The whole family had a rest (me, my husband and two children), everyone really liked everything! The food is varied, tasty, and fresh. There is order and cleanliness everywhere. The staff is polite and always ready to help. And if they help, it's from the heart, and not for money, as in our south. My husband and I got stuck in the mountains on an electric rickshaw (the battery ran out) so five minutes later they came for us and returned us to the hotel (and the hotel director HIMSELF and his wife arrived (she is also a translator). Very nice people. With this attitude, you feel safe even in another country. We will definitely go there next year!!!

We had a rest in July 2022, the room was in block A, 3rd floor....it's terrible when we went up into the corridor, the air conditioners are hanging in the middle of the corridor, it's a little creepy, the noise from it...we went into the room, we were also disappointed, the toilet and sinks are not processed, they do not shine....the shower cabin is all dirty after previous residents, all stained, disgusting to touch....
the kitchen is not any variety, I did not like the food at all...I ate only vegetables...soups are just mashed potatoes disgustingly...many were unhappy with the cuisine...

They moved into a dirty room at first, the air conditioner did not work, the bathroom door was punched, the bed was rumpled, gray, with holes. I asked for another one, they moved to the 5th floor without a balcony, the windows faced another hotel where the music was screaming until one o'clock in the morning, the windows were already shaking. There was no food, everyone went to the cafe. The bus to the beach was constantly breaking down, we waited in the heat for half an hour. There were practically no animators. The staff is rude, rude at the reception in the open. They said you don't like to change the hotel. An old hotel, abandoned. The whole impression is spoiled by Kemer. I don't advise anyone, ever. The hotel is terrible, there is an unsanitary environment around. They take you to the beach in a crowded dirty bus, everyone is lying on top of each other (and this is during a pandemic) all the sun beds on the beach are dirty, broken, mattresses in black mold. The water in the hotel is from coolers, they are filled with tap water. Everyone has a stomachache. The food is cooked in oil, which is never changed, because of this taste of bitterness, it is not possible to eat. The rooms are dead, the plumbing either did not work at all or by half.

The hotel is quite comfortable, located in the center of Kemer. There are two swimming pools on the territory: one large with a water slide, but less deep, the second smaller, the water in it is cooler, suitable for a relaxing holiday. Every spring, except Sundays, there is animation for milking children and shows for adults, next to the main pool there is a bar, spa, gym, game room with computers and consoles. There is a regular bus service to the beach, the drive time is literally five minutes. The disadvantage of the hotel is that it is a little "battered" by tourists. There are a lot of problems in the room: a broken door, a running air conditioner. Due to a broken air conditioner, I had to move to another room. It seems to have been fixed. The maids work, to put it mildly, not very conscientiously. Despite the tips left, the room was poorly cleaned. The food at the hotel is not bad, breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet), tea and ice cream before dinner, cotton candy and night soup in the evening. GinzaTravel travel agency is located across the street from the hotel. There are inexpensive and interesting excursions there. We personally took a yacht tour (a party on a pirate ship), it was very cool, fun, foam and colored discos, jumping directly from the ship into the sea. We went to Mira-Kekova - a full-day historical tour, visits to the ancient temple of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, an incredibly expensive icon shop, as well as an interesting yacht trip, and the ancient city of the World itself. Of course, lunch is included in the price of all excursions. We also went diving, and a lot of impressions remained from this excursion!
