Upon arrival (in the morning), a gift was presented at the reception: vodka and chocolate. We were immediately offered a room, saying without veiling that it was "immediately" because of the gift, and saying that the room was simply the best. The "best" room turned out to be above the kitchen opposite the kitchen hood and was killed. After that, we looked at two more, which turned out to be even more terrible: in one, the laminate flooring in the hall was almost completely wiped, in the second, when the faucet tried to turn on the water, it completely came out of the sink. Everything is dead and dirty everywhere. I had to go to the Side center, leaving my son at the reception with my things, and change the $100. We returned and were given 50 dollars at the reception, and we were taken to one of the buildings on the farthest line. The room (two bedrooms and a living room) turned out to be just as dirty and tarnished, but more or less acceptable from what I saw, although the same age-old dirt, the sofa was stained and shiny with dirt. There was no Internet connection in the room, just barely on the balcony: too far from the reception. Since we had a rest in late October and early November, it was cold to sleep under the sheets at night. There are no blankets, instead they give out dirty old fur blankets. At night, I had to make sure that the blanket did not slip off the sheet, which was covered (the principle of hiding in Soviet trains), and did not touch the body. The bathroom has a large shower, but there are no towel hooks. I took three Velcro hooks with me - it turned out that I should have taken four, because one hook had to be glued over the toilet lid so that it would hold it, and not the lower back of the person sitting on the toilet. The water from the shower naturally leaks onto the bathroom floor. Again, as experienced vacationers, we took a couple of rags with us and wiped them off. The hair dryer is old, it makes more noise than it dries. The food is unexpectedly varied for the three, good, decent, but without frills: no shrimp, red fish, etc. The guys in the dining room are nice, the dishes are clean, there was nothing frankly dirty. The dining room was rented out to Turks on Independence Day: the campers were fed and tables were set for those who came to celebrate. Table tennis is paid, for some reason the price is different every evening. The condition is dark, see the photo. There is no animation except karaoke, but it would be better not to have it: in the evenings, until 23 hours, German children loudly and falsely shout the same German songs into the microphone to the tenderness of their parents. The beach is normal, the entrance to the sea is good (which is why we love Side), but in order to occupy the sun beds on the first two lines, you need to buy something in the dining room, which is opposite the beach. The prices are horse-drawn, of course, and this approach is illegal, but who will argue and spoil their mood if you can choose sun beds in the next rows? If you don't buy anything from beach boy (he's also an employee of this eatery), he won't even greet you in return. Of course, he's panting in front of the Germans: he'll bring a lounger, and if they don't buy anything, he won't turn them away. The toilet is in this room, there is only a locker room and a shower/foot wash on the beach. And now about the biggest plus. It's been almost a year, and it's still bombing. The switch for heating the water tank on the roof is turned on for some buildings, but not for others. Guests from some buildings said they didn't have hot water, while others said they always had very hot water, even early in the morning. I guess it depends on the nationality of the vacationers. The receptionist turned on the fool (they tried to explain themselves to him several times in the first three days!) and he insisted that the tank was heated only by solar panels, and forcefully offered to change the hotel if he didn't like something. He flatly refused to change the room to a room in a building with hot water, like all the rooms were occupied, while at least 60% of the hooks were free on the board with the keys to the rooms, which is understandable: it was the last days of October. Thanks to the animator, who, by the way, is the only one there who speaks Russian, although he also tried to push this version about heating only from solar panels. Nevertheless, he talked to the receptionist and lo and behold! -- on the third day, we were given hot water. Warming up a kettle in the evening to wash up, sorry, is another pleasure on vacation. The husband and son had to take a cold shower in the first days without hot water. On the eve of departure, the switch was turned off again in the evening, apparently so that the rest would not seem like raspberries at all. The shield, by the way, is on the wall near the entrance to the building, ours was always open. If someone understands this, they may be able to turn on the necessary switch themselves. Or go there only in summer, so that there is enough heat from solar panels to heat the water.

Very tasty cuisine! Just gorgeous! I haven't eaten so many fish, shrimps, mussels in my life! There are several types of meat dishes, chicken, 15 salads, a lot of cheeses, a variety of side dishes, different pies every day! Very cozy green area...On the downside, they rarely washed the floors and did not change the bed linen...But because of the awesome cuisine, it's all forgivable! If I go next year, then only to this hotel!

We returned from the hotel today. We had a rest with 3 children. Room with two balconies, 2 rooms. Simple, but clean! + The kettle! Towels, mattresses, snow-white linen!!! The food is gorgeous, everything is very tasty and varied! Thank you so much!!! So much meat, red fish, shrimp, a variety of cakes and various goodies sooo impressed and pleased!!! Many thanks to the waiters for bringing tea and coffee to order for lunch and dinner, and coming up with a tray). The dishes were quickly removed from the tables. We will be happy to return to this modest, but sincere and DELICIOUS hotel!!! 100% value for money!!! THANK YOU!!!
