This is the best of the beaches in Al Mamzar Park and in Dubai in general. We have been traveling to Dubai since 2022 solely for this beach. This is the cleanest sea of all the bays, the sand is snow-white and does not heat up much under the scorching sun, and it does not burn your feet. The beach is paid, the cost is 5 dirhams per person. Monday and Wednesday - only women are allowed in, if your son is over 5 years old, they probably won't let you in either. Do not believe those who say that if a man is married and goes with his wife, then they will let him in - this is not true. They won't let me in under any pretext. These days, all beach attendants, including lifeguards, are women only. You can pay in cash, but if you have a visa or master card, there are terminals, which are faster, since shuttles travel from the hotels, and when they arrive, there is a queue at the cash desk. On Saturday and Sunday, the beach will be crowded with locals, which means that the free mushrooms will be busy, either go straight to the farthest beach, or come sooo early, or take umbrellas with you, this will save you from the scorching sun. The beaches are very pleasant, there are showers, toilets, changing rooms. The sand is cleaned, but not as often as we would like. Crabs, starfish, and a lot of fish can be found in the sea early in the morning. If there are waves, there will be a special thrill!

We were on a paid (entrance to the park is 5 dirh) and free. In my opinion, the beach in the park is dirty, there is garbage in the sand from cigarette butts, plastic bottles and corks. There were small bags floating in the bay ((It seems to be cleaned, but poorly, only large garbage. In the park, the locals arrange picnics and the wind blows garbage to the beach. And on the free one, the sand is shallower and there is no garbage. And the sea is the same everywhere. Toilets, showers are both there and there. Wooden benches with umbrellas are everywhere. Rescuers are keeping order. The only difference is that there are cafes in the park.

I definitely recommend the beach! Compared to JBR beach, it's just a fairy tale. Admission is 5 dirhams per person. Keep in mind that women's days are Monday and Wednesday. On these days, only women and children 4-5 years old are allowed to enter (please specify their age). The sea is clean, the water temperature in October is perfect, the sand is snow-white (clean, but not perfect), there are palm trees on the shore in small numbers), a wonderful smooth entry into the sea. Near all the showers there are mini kiosks with drinks, snacks, ice cream and all kinds of beach items (prices are low). There are no cafes or restaurants on the beach or in the park! You won't be able to eat properly. There are very few people on weekdays. There are free umbrellas (mushrooms) with benches, but in very small quantities, you can manage to borrow if you arrive by 8-9. Be careful, there are a lot of crows who steal food and things.

There are many changing rooms, toilets, showers and foot taps in the park itself. Of the cons, it's a little dirty, the beaches in the city are cleaner. They even found a tailor's needle - then they walked around in sneakers. And you can't pay in cash at the entrance, Union Pay, Nol((Visa only. We didn't have it, so we had to ask kind people to buy us tickets (they gave us cash). The beach is definitely worth a visit!

In my opinion, the best beach in Dubai. Lots of greenery, birds are singing, the sand is pleasant, there are showers and changing rooms everywhere, there are BBQ areas, playgrounds. Entrance is paid, but only 5-10 dirhams. I recommend you to visit, just check in advance, on some days of the week the entrance is only for women and small children, men can go to the nearby free beach.
