I had old room with bad smell in the bathroom and poor lighting. Also, you have only 2 gb of free internet then you have to pay for it.

A 5+ room hotel, we had a rest together with my wife from 7.10.2025 for 9 full days. We were settled on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, thanks to the reception for this, we are very grateful, although we did not expect it. Connected to the Internet, they gave me 15 gigabytes, I caught it all over the territory, there were no problems. The village of Gainuk is near the hotel, there are a lot of things you can buy and just walk around. I really liked everything, the green area, the big beach, where you could always find a place, but people still took their places in the morning. In terms of drinks, there are no local Turkish ones here, only imported Chivos, Jamison, Jack, Havana Club rum, Olmec Tequila, gin Beefitter, Absolut vodka and many others that I don't even know about. Round-the-clock lobby bar, drink up, bottled beer, Beks, Ephesus, Tuborg, as well as draft beer. There is a cocktail lounge next to the beach bar, where they will make you a delicious cocktail with or without alcohol. The sauna and hammam are excellent, go at least every day, I recommend that you sweat and warm up there first thing on arrival. We decided to save money on vacation and..... We have never regretted it! For the price that is offered for a stay in Cilicia, it is a wonderful holiday. The main advantage is that the hotel is divided into 2 zones: a noisy, fun one for families with children, a water park, endless snacks, ice cream, life-size dolls and entertainment, and a relax zone for calm people and old people like my husband and me. Here you can swim in a quiet pool and have dinner in silence in a la carte restaurants and live in a cozy villa and sit in a cozy coffee shop with your favorite book. The territory is not large, but beautiful, clean, well maintained. There is a yoga area. The food is delicious, the selection is large, there are a lot of fruits, vegetables, juicy fish, everything is smart. Of course, you're waiting for the cons! And they are. Cleaning 🧽. Disappointment after wonderful past visits We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and 2024 and were sincerely satisfied — everything from service and food to entertainment was excellent. Unfortunately, in 2025, everything changed — and, alas, not for the better. What upset you: - The Anatolian restaurant has removed the lunches, significantly reducing the choice during the daytime. -It is almost impossible to get into the air-conditioned hall of the main restaurant due to the constant long queues. - It is impossible to find a free chaise longue by the beach in the morning — towels and even stones "occupy" places, and the staff does not react in any way. - The pier is unpleasant to use — there are no umbrellas, so it is inconvenient to be there in the sun. -The sun beds are old and worn out, obviously in need of replacement for a long time (on the beach) -Bottled beer (Miller, Bomonti, Becks) has been removed — only the draft alternative remains. -The staff of the Guest Relations Department (GR) are incompetent and poorly informed, especially in matters of a la carte restaurants. There is an obvious lack of training and communication. At the moment, these are the most useless employees. -The foam parties have disappeared, there is almost no live music left (and what there is causes great confusion) — the atmosphere that used to distinguish this hotel is no longer the same. -Wi-Fi is limited to 5 GB per device, after which you have to pay extra. This is inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel of this level. It is very sad to see how a once beloved hotel loses its charm and level of service. We hope that the management will pay attention to these comments and return the previous experience and quality to the guests.

I really liked the Kilikia Hotel! Rest on 14.06-23.06.2025 And I will say right away, I will definitely come back here again!!! But, for me personally, my subjective disadvantages are still there and I would like them to be worked out..and corrected them. 1.The Internet is paid (15 GB of free Internet is 3/4 of a day of min use) 2. The pier has no umbrellas and no roof (you can't chill on it all day, so you would unload the beach area) 3. Towels are delivered / dispensed in one Spa area (why not make additional areas by the beach or pool, it's not convenient to carry towels to the basement) Everything else is just fine, believe me there is something to compare! At lunches and dinners, there was always sea bass in the grill area, deliciously cooked. In general, the food is varied. Dinners are tastier than lunches, because they are themed and new items are appearing, and the dinners are the same, plus or minus. I liked the Italian dinner the most, where caprese, caesar, pizza, lasagna were added, and at the same time the entire main menu remained. The seafood dinner was very tasty, but with bad consequences (I will write about this in the cons), I do not recommend it. 4. The pastry shop is still fantastically cozy, delicious desserts, and the best pistachio ice cream in the world. 5. Due to the influx of people, tables have been added outside the main restaurant, right in the hallway, where there is air conditioning. In previous years, people had to eat at tables outside in the heat, because there are not enough places in the room. It's a good thing they added it even in the hallway. The beach is dirty, there are a lot of cigarette butts, the coastline is not cleaned. The territory is not well maintained, many areas are fenced with tape and no troubleshooting is underway. The spa is not functioning, repairs are underway, only paid massages are available, and saunas are closed. The hotel does not match the description and is definitely not suitable for holidays with children, the management is completely indifferent to the mess on the territory. The food is normal, corresponds to a 5-star hotel. The room is cleaned very poorly, and tips do not affect the quality. Floors are not cleaned at all. It's very noisy, loud music is playing in all the bars during the day, and you can hear it in the room when the doors are closed. If you have a small child who sleeps during the day, I do not recommend this hotel. In general, I definitely don't want to come back. In terms of quality, only the food matches.
