Everything seems to be not bad, but you can't go to the beach before 07-00, all the doors of the hotel are closed! The declared shuttles are always crowded! There is a clear shortage of sunbeds near the beach and by the pool.

I liked the hotel, it's clean, they change the bed and towels every day. Polite staff. There is Wi-Fi both in the room and on the beach. Excellent private beach with sun beds and umbrellas, give beach towels. Breakfasts /dinners are varied and delicious, a large selection. Plus, you can change dinner for lunch. On foot you can walk to the embankment, in the area of 10 minutes there is a fish restaurant where delicious food is prepared.

The hotel is super!!! Everything worked in the room, clean (cleaned every day). The staff is friendly, always help, prompt. I liked the food too, and there was always fruit. We flew on a honeymoon (special thanks for the compliment on this occasion from the hotel). The beach is clean (the crabs also like the beach), the heated pool is also clean. In general, many thanks to the hotel!!!!)))

I stayed at this hotel from January 23 to April 4, 2020.The hotel is cozy and very clean.Rooms are cleaned every day.And they change towels and bed linen every day.The food is good.delicious.The restaurant is perfectly clean...and tables with sea views.The hotel has its own beach..and it's wonderful.We swam and sunbathed even at this time of year.Sun beds, towels and umbrellas are all there..and everything is free.Who didn 't want to swim in the sea ..the hotel has a heated swimming pool...The staff is kind and helpful.There are free buses to many shopping centers .which are located in the city .Also, a representative of the travel agency (Russian-speaking) is constantly present at the hotel and can give you all the information about the UAE.and also offer any kind of recreation.excursions and trips at reasonable prices.

We had a rest in October 2019 . In general, we were satisfied with everything. The location of the hotel, the room, the infrastructure, the beach - we read reviews about all this and were ready to rest. The reception staff and room service are beyond praise. Trasfer to shopping centers- not always according to the schedule, but not critical, even if he was late - all problems were always solved with a smile. But... We had breakfast. And here sometimes there were problems. Porridges are tasteless, dairy, but absolutely none. Omelet is good sometimes, but not for 12 days in a row. Fast food for breakfast is cruel, pasta is cold and often undercooked. In general, you can wait for the chef and eat the same omelet for breakfast, but hot and with herbs, or pancakes. Or just coffee and fruit, which sometimes were also not very good. Another option is to go to the supermarket and buy everything you love. Then it's better not to bother with food at all .... And for dinner go to some restaurant of Afghan cuisine, where it's just....

Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket , and there is a little further if you go out and go to the left (there is a supermarket, prices are cheaper and there is more choice)
The hotel has its own beach, there are enough sun beds for everyone.
Smoking is allowed here, in some rooms, on the territory, on the beach.
There is a gym , the equipment is old, but for the duration of the vacation it is quite itself.
There is also a sauna.
The food here is good.
There is enough for breakfast and as a rule a lot is not needed.
There is also a variety for dinner.
The food is good, I like it.
I see that people from other hotels come to us to eat.
Another plus, dirty dishes are removed instantly, the tables are wiped and served immediately. It's perfect.
The hotel corresponds to the stated stars.
But there are also disadvantages, not without them.
1. There is no balcony, do not dry things
2. I am very cold, especially at night. It's cold in the room.
3. Audibility: if a child cries , if Arabs have settled in, their children scream, run, clap until 3-4 in the morning. The nights are sleepless
In the lobby, one amazing person works, sells excursions:
1. Cheaper than a tour operator
2. Victoria, she will tell you everything in detail, what, where, when it is better to see and why.
3. All the excursions are very informative, which is not to say about the tour operator.
There is also a shop with dates and perfumes.
For this, it is not necessary to go to the market, where you are taken for free (specially)
1. Dates at the same price as on the market, something a little cheaper
2. Here they are in a cool room with careful storage.
As for perfumes, oils, people from other hotels also come to buy from us.
I do not recommend it in the markets, it is slightly cheaper there by 10 dirhams, but they are not persistent, the smell will fade in an hour.
Here they sell high-quality products, very resistant, original.
To be honest, if you compare it with duty free, (which I bypassed in Sharjah and sniffed all the perfumes, there was not even a hint of fragrance, everything smelled of alcohol) it's better here.
But the only thing is not to buy fur coats, they will tell you a beautiful story. But they are all Chinese with a huge margin.

We rested at the hotel at the end of October 2019. I really liked the hotel. Good location, infrastructure,service staff. The beach and the sea are above praise.We took breakfast and dinner. The food is very good, lots of fruits, pastries. For dinner - delicious cakes, ice cream. Dinners can be replaced with lunch, which is very convenient when going on excursions. Excursions were taken from Victoria. We are very grateful to her for her understanding and decency.(We lost our phone on an excursion to the desert - it was returned the next day).We recommend the hotel

I put 3 stars only for the somewhat outdated condition of the rooms, the rest of the hotel (hall, dining room, beach, pool) are very good, the food is great, the beach is clean and free, there were no queues for sunbeds in February, there were a lot of hammocks on the territory. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, in general, I really advise, a very good rest.
