Когда к вам приходит клиент,ему нужно оказать помощь в покупке. Когда вы видите ,что клиента устраивает ценовая политика,ему нужно предложить варианты и убедить клиента в покупке. В данном магазине,продавцы, решили что легче быть сторожами. Помощи от них «0». Вещи которые не подошли,не понятно куда складировать и кому отдавать. Продавцы как были на «посту»,так и оставались там. В последствии сделали замечание,что клиент повесил вещи на ближайшую свободную вешалку с вещами. Возможно такое и руководство магазина и тогда все по принципу «рыба гнеет с головы» Уважаем руководство магазина. Наймите себе сторожа, сможете экономить на зарплатах «продавцов». Все рано ваш персонал выполняет только роль «сторожа». Никому не рекомендую посещать данный магазин ,все что есть у данного магазина,только имя - и больше ничего. 1/10.

You are a big network that should have software training on imported collections and so on, the seller's answer from the market ! Then they began to measure the models and to our phrase "something does not feel like size 38" (they measured shoes"we were offered no other size and offered to help, but simply replied "well, of course you are looking at the French size", where to look and did not say in the end. It was never clear what the employee's job was. In the end, when it was clear that we were not interested in selling here, we asked to clarify where the size we needed was, to which we received "do you understand that you will go and call them yourself?" yes, we understand! And this can be said absolutely in a normal tone, we did not ask or ask about who should call whom, we just would need to know the availability in another shopping center! Disgusting attitude towards the client, the impression of the campaign is spoiled. We arrived in Green City as a result , where we were met by excellent staff who suggested everything and corrected our impressions . It is not clear what the seller receives money for in the expobel shopping center, Adidas is not a market, it is primarily a customer service!
