I recently stayed at the Irtysh Hotel and was satisfied with the stay. The room was clean, spacious and well-ventilated, with a comfortable bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would like to mention the work of the staff separately — the staff are polite, respond quickly to any requests and are ready to help at any time. The location of the hotel is also convenient: nearby there are shops, the embankment and the main transport routes. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, you can always choose something to suit your taste. Overall, the Irtysh left a pleasant impression — it is a calm and comfortable place to return to.

I stayed at the Irtysh Hotel and liked everything. Convenient location, close to the embankment and the city center. The rooms are clean and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were dilapidated, there were traces of mold on the bed linen, the refrigerator was not working, there was no kettle, there was only one set of towels in the room, although there were two beds, the light was dim, there were few sockets and the location was inconvenient, on the last day of my stay the room was cleaned only after I asked for them. I was surprised by the lack of a full roll of toilet paper, apparently it was left after the previous guest. The only advantages are breakfast and location. Therefore, only twos, friends! Pull yourself up.

The hanger on the chandelier. 5. Lazy waiters. There are no permanent mugs and glasses. They wipe them lazily. 6. Breakfast at a 3-star hotel. 7. Cold sauna and small swimming pool. I don't recommend a hotel. The attitude is that there is no competition. A new hotel is being built. After that, they can move.

Parking for about 20 cars is located near the hotel I'll start with a good one: the breakfasts are excellent, the reception and security are excellent! The entourage is excellent. A very beautiful room with chandeliers where breakfast is held. Three elevators. There is a smoking room on the 12th floor. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. The rooms are large, spacious, and clean. There is a refrigerator, kettle, TV with different programs. Large wall-mounted desktop. The bathroom is well organized. Wide shower cabin. The hot water came quickly. The room is fully equipped, including a bathrobe. He lived on the 10th floor - a good view of the city. Now, that smeared a pleasant stay. It's a little stuffy. The hotel has an additional glazing building. But this glazing does not open. And it's a little dirty. Bad lighting, American style. If you have vision problems, I recommend working during the day. In the evening, it is better to work in the lobby - there is more lighting. In general, it is a very good hotel. I visited Pavlodar for the first time - the hotel pleased me! I recommend it for living. The location is very good. Not far from the embankment, mosque, government offices.

Great hotel! Gorgeous lobby, restaurant, sofas, table! Friendly staff greets and accompanies. The prices are normal. The rooms are spacious! The linen is snow-white. It's very nice and quiet, it's peaceful to sleep there. There is one disadvantage - when the elevator is overloaded, it starts beeping and everyone needs to get out, release the elevator. The breakfasts are delicious, but the Standard rooms themselves leave much to be desired. There is a strong smell of dust, from the bedspreads and from the carpet. The room turned out to be smoky, despite the prohibition of smoking in the room. The shower does not switch, and the water pours partly from a watering can, partly from a tropical one. At least there is no shower door or curtain, it pours on the floor. Shower repair screams for help. For the cost of 38 thousand tenge, I consider it unreasonably expensive.

We ordered a room through the booking office. The Genius level is level 3. I stayed at the hotel from June 25-27. Number 510. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 a.m. after a difficult day. There was a night installation and I really wanted to sleep. The curtains were closed. But an hour later, dawn began and there were not enough curtains in the room to block the windows from the sun. About 2 meters of curtains were missing. As a result, I couldn't get enough sleep. On the morning of June 26, they asked the reception to solve the problem. They promised to solve the problem. But they didn't actually do anything. I had to contact the reception 3 more times to get them to do something. As a result, after 4 attempts, they brought a curtain from another room and finally closed the windows. Really, the hotel is not worth the money. If the banquet is at the hotel, then wait up to 24 hours for loud music from the windows. This is my experience on the night of June 26-27. The blankets in the rooms, despite the summer - the end of June, are winter and thick. Low level of customer orientation. I'm sorry, but this is far from a 4-star hotel....

We stayed in room 510 from June 25 to 27, the room was prepared for 1 person, the cleaning was not done on the second day, shampoo and soap were not delivered, a long hair on a towel. The curtains are small and don't cover the windows completely, so at four in the morning it's already light as day and I couldn't get enough sleep. The next day, field 4 of the request managed to solve the problem. If there is a banquet, then you can forget about the silence. The breakfast is a good choice and tastes good. The guys at the reception want to help, but this is not their level already, the management needs to be involved here. Ordinary employees want to work and help, there is simply no system, no one has taught them how to act and work with outrages and requests from guests. Unfortunately, the lack of competition gives relaxation to such Tier 4 hotels.*
