I ordered a Samsung smartphone here, they contacted me immediately after ordering and sent the phone almost the next day. Very fast courier delivery. Unfortunately, I did not check the smartphone with the courier immediately, there was a problem with the SIM card module (it did not work at all, no methods such as resetting settings or rebooting helped). The staff immediately went to meet them, sent a courier with a serviceable similar phone at their own expense and took away the faulty device. Thank you for resolving the issue so promptly! The second smartphone turned out to be in excellent condition (as stated in the product profile on the website). The prices are reasonable, the order itself comes in a branded sealed bag, and the smartphone is put in a branded box (a trifle, but nice). I recommend it!
