The provider does not carry out technical work to eliminate breakdowns on weekends. The technical support explained this by saying that the installers do not work on weekends! This is unacceptable to me as a customer who pays for Internet services on a regular basis. Where is management looking at, and why are you unable to build a workflow in such a way that your clients do not experience these inconveniences? The reason for the Internet outage was explained by the fact that the switch equipment was turned off in the house. There was also no notification from the provider about this, although the Internet disappeared in the afternoon (June 7). Now I have to wait until Monday (June 9th), when the breakdown will be fixed. This is critical for me, since I work from home and I need a working Internet connection in the morning. I do not recommend using the services of this company.
