The worst service and deception on the part of employees On Friday morning, the Internet went out due to damage to the optics. I left a request, the installer arrived, confirmed the problem with the cable and told me to wait for a team of "conductors". At the same time, he brazenly closed my application with the note "the Internet is working", although there was no connection! I had to open a new application on Saturday. As a result, no one showed up, tech support is feeding breakfast and says that now we only have to wait for Monday. The result: 3 days without Internet due to incompetence and lies of the staff. The provider does not carry out technical work to eliminate breakdowns on weekends. The technical support explained this by saying that the installers do not work on weekends! This is unacceptable to me as a customer who pays for Internet services on a regular basis. Where is management looking at, and why are you unable to build a workflow in such a way that your clients do not experience these inconveniences? The reason for the Internet outage was explained by the fact that the switch equipment was turned off in the house. There was also no notification from the provider about this, although the Internet disappeared in the afternoon (June 7). Now I have to wait until Monday (June 9th), when the breakdown will be fixed. This is critical for me, since I work from home and I need a working Internet connection in the morning. I do not recommend using the services of this company.
