I left a request, the installer arrived, confirmed the problem with the cable and told me to wait for a team of "conductors". At the same time, he brazenly closed my application with the note "the Internet is working", although there was no connection! I had to open a new application on Saturday. As a result, no one showed up, tech support is feeding breakfast and says that now we only have to wait for Monday. The result: 3 days without Internet due to incompetence and lies of the staff. The provider does not carry out technical work to eliminate breakdowns on weekends. The technical support explained this by saying that the installers do not work on weekends! This is unacceptable to me as a customer who pays for Internet services on a regular basis. Where is management looking at, and why are you unable to build a workflow in such a way that your clients do not experience these inconveniences? The reason for the Internet outage was explained by the fact that the switch equipment was turned off in the house. There was also no notification from the provider about this, although the Internet disappeared in the afternoon (June 7). Now I have to wait until Monday (June 9th), when the breakdown will be fixed. This is critical for me, since I work from home and I need a working Internet connection in the morning. I do not recommend using the services of this company.

I came from the Russian Federation, where in 30-40 minutes I could download any program or game that runs from 30 gig. And here in Uzbekistan, you have to wait 1-2 days for a fucking game to download from 15 gig, although according to the stated characteristics, both there (in the Russian Federation) and here the speed is 100. But in Russia, if you're high, you can use the Internet, and here it's a test. Until the competition appears, uztelecom will continue to degrade, they will feel like a king.

Hello. We have left a request for connection (Fiber optic ) the Internet since the previous Internet provider refused to work at all . Sometimes he turned off for hours ... Everything would be fine, but we have been waiting for the connection for two and a half months!!! A modem was brought to us and installed, but they said that the wait for connection would last from 3 to 5 days . I wonder what is the reason for this ???? Is it because the company cannot perform its duties in good faith and in a timely manner ? I work in the field of Internet marketing and will this delay be compensated by the Internet provider ???! I am absolutely not satisfied with the work of UzTELECOM!
