It is a nice Twain station but super confusing for a foreigner. The area where the tracks are is not where one buys tickets. Even once you understand the tickets kind you pay in the teak. (Suburban line) there is not a board or screen that tells you what track your train is coming. Occasionally there is an employee and they might help but this is horrible for the main train station. Mimic big cities in Europe and have a nice big clear board of what train is coming and which track it will be on. For reference I was taking the suburban line to chinorkent

It shares similar problems with northern train station. The main problem is seats. They have very few despite the number of passengers. Plus, they need to change their speakers coz it sucks and they need to upgrade their electronic board to make it more understandable for an ordinary passenger.

Nice modern train station with clear navigation. I really want to thank the employee on the platform, who suggested that it would be more convenient to go to platforms 2 and 3 at the end of the tracks with suitcases. Many tourists did not know about this and carried heavy loads up the stairs inside the station building. The guides are well done! We helped to lift the luggage by 5 (!!!) very steep steps of the Shark intercity train. Thank you so much!!

It is clean and civilized, there is parking nearby and stalls with drinks/snacks. The ticket office is located next to the main building, as a rule, only 2-3 windows are open. There are convenient waiting areas, and there are many boarding platforms, so there is an underground passage to some of them for safety reasons. Trains are often late, usually 15-20 minutes.

When a passenger buys a ticket online, they choose one seat, but in the end they get a completely different seat and a different carriage layout. This is a very big disadvantage and discomfort for passengers. Please synchronize online ticket sales with the availability of real carriages. As a frequent visitor to such places, I can say with knowledge. Overall, everything is fine. The platforms are clean. There are many ticket offices. Practically no queues. Parking lots too. The location is convenient. But there is an unresolved issue with queues at train station checkpoints during rush hours. There is no information board in the station building!!!

I liked it, the only possible moment is that when a large number of people leave at once, then wait, the waiting room is small. Someone has to be on the street . The room is beautiful, the entrance group, a cafe with coffee and various products for food, there is a paid waiting room - such an island of peace and relaxation, and at night, when it is still raining, this is especially what helped us a lot waiting for 5 hours between transfers. A very large and beautiful forecourt, inside the station there are shops, places to relax and wait for the train, a bright room. Very convenient and safe underground passages to the platforms. There are not enough information signs, I had to ask the station staff where the crossing is located and where the ticket offices of commuter trains are located. We were traveling by train from Bukhara to Samarkand, we forgot our things on the train that left the terminal in Tashkent.
