It's a great place. A historic building with elegant architecture and thoughtful design.
A unique place that is difficult to meet. It surprised me very much in a good way.
Everything is very interestingly thought out,
Various thematic events for children are held periodically.
The range of books is not small, there are many modern books in different languages for different ages. Different spaces where everyone can find a place in silence to read a book or work out on the computer.
Admission is free. Without registration.
The toilets are clean.

The library is beautiful and modern, and I put a unit to the one who came up with the idea of installing monitors with Internet access in the reading room for kids. There are 3-4 children near each monitor (and there are 4 of them). I understand them perfectly, it's more interesting to play than to read or look at pictures in books, I saw a couple of times how children started fights for a place behind the monitor. At first, the whole family came to the library, chose books, read, it was a great pastime, but lately, the youngest child had to be constantly "dragged away" from the monitor. Now we only come to exchange books. The administration does not react in any way.

It's good that we have such a paradise for readers, by the way, not only for children, the choice is huge and is constantly being updated, once the director himself conducted a tour of the library, sparing no time, described everything in great detail and told, despite the fact that you can read about everything on the website. A wonderful place! A large number of interesting new modern books, cozy reading corners, a wonderful courtyard, friendly staff. Events, lectures, concerts, and master classes are constantly held, including for the youngest. There are books that are given home. It is a pity that there is no electronic catalog yet, it is difficult to find any particular book.

The library is great!
The atmosphere is so good, it's nice to be there, everything is clean, fresh, and what a fragrance it is filled with, mmm..There is a cafeteria, which is not a little important for high school students who are preparing for some subjects there.
There are books for the little ones, and in English.There were books for adults too😊

Important: the library is closed on the last Tuesday of the month.
The only disadvantage is there is no Parking) there are signs and cameras everywhere, if you park incorrectly, there is a risk of getting fined) traffic police officers walk very often) so be careful)

A wonderful space for children and adults. After the renovation, it is just a great place for leisure and education of children. A lot of books, a lot of space to read inside, work at the computer, various activities. Interesting master classes, my child and I attended 10 different pieces, from literary to various crafts with our own hands, lectures, including in English. Everything is at the highest level! There is also a very pleasant area near the library, and what a courtyard! Delight!

Previously, it was possible to play the piano there, now they did it only by notes and with a teacher. Of the cons: 1. Only 3 books for 10 days, you can extend it, but you need to come in person.
2. For some reason they spray perfume..
