They explain all the hidden nuances and offer options for improvement. They are very well accompanied during the tour - they report flight delays, if such occur, they are always in touch. I'm comfortable riding with them. Perhaps the prices are cheaper somewhere, but it is comfortable and calm with this agency. I know all the nuances of the trip in advance

I've been buying tours for a long time, but we'll go.This is the first time and most likely the last. I always choose the tours myself. I only contact the agency for registration. I picked up a tour for 1.09.25 in Sharm El Sheikh. There were 2 departures at 7.15 and at 9.20. I needed to at 7.15. There were 6 seats left for this flight. Manager Daria offered a flight at 9.20, but I said that I needed a flight at 7.15. Daria drew up the contract and I asked her to voice the main points, because I don't have glasses and still can't read anything. A couple of days later, I went to the Skate website and saw that there were still 6 seats left for the 7.15 flight. I wrote to Daria, she replied that the tour was booked, apparently someone refused, so the number of seats has not changed. Closer to departure, it turns out that I was booked a tour with departure at 9.20. Daria replied to my complaints that it was all written in the contract and had to be read. With the departure at 9.15 am, I could have taken the tour on another date at a lower price. This is the first time I've encountered such a problem in 25 years. Of course, I will continue to read the agreement carefully. But that's not all. I asked to book seats on the C and D planes, because I have a problem with my left leg and a lot of weight, so I always take a seat in the aisle. But she booked seats A and B. And that doesn't suit me at all! Daria doesn't get in touch, and she didn't always respond to my messages before, so I had to call. Maybe I was unlucky with the manager, but I had the most disgusting impression about this travel agency.
