The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town - on the territory of Ichan-Kala. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is responsive and responds very quickly to requests. Breakfast is quite good. I liked the hotel, I recommend it.

Great hotel! The travel agent offered a hotel inside Ichan Kala, we examined it and refused to check in and went to look for another hotel also in Ichan Kala and came across Arkanchi. We were asked to view the standard room and we liked it: clean, warm (it was about 0 degrees outside) and spacious. We decided to stay there overnight, and then extended our stay in Khiva for all 3 days and never regretted it. The manager at the reception Jamshid was very friendly and helped us with the selection of restaurants for dinners and a guide for the tour. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the main gate of Ichan Kala and close to the main street and all the main attractions of Khiva. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, the staff is responsive and cheerful. We had a great rest!
