This is the first time I've encountered this. The saleswoman stood at the next counter for HALF an HOUR, ignoring that I was waiting next to Britta. I made two phone calls to the owner before she deigned to come over. You see, she had a showdown with a disgruntled customer at another stall. So the service score. Of course, there is no check, I forgot to ask for it, out of shock. The filters themselves are kind of normal, but the score is the same.
