In general, a normal hotel, although it feels a little "tired", the very first Hyatt in Dubai after all, but the windows could still be washed from the outside 😁 The rooms are simple, but generally good, the staff is responsive, if you need something, they will bring it in and prompt you without any problems. There is no swimming beach nearby, if it is important to someone, but there is a private pool. It's a bit far from the center, but there is a metro station nearby, where you can safely get where you need to go. Relatively close to the airport, it was often possible to watch planes taking off from the windows. The hotel is more suitable for business trips, or for those who are not going to spend a lot of time at the hotel.

We had a rest from February 17 to February 23, 2025. The hotel is excellent and prestigious. There is an ice rink and a swimming pool. There is a revolving restaurant on the roof. Gym. It is located in Deira. Migrant area. But everything is nearby and inexpensive. Zolotoy Rynok metro station. The hotel rooms themselves were pumped up. We give them 4, there are no balconies and the rooms inside are not very good.

Good location. Good service, decent rooms and an absolutely dead (but warm) pool. They sold us breakfast +happy hours as half board, it was unpleasant, but if you don't understand what I mean, you won't notice the problem.

Huiyatt is one word. Amateurs work. They're rude. We had booked and paid for a 150-meter apartment with 3 bedrooms, breakfast and dinner. We announced the voucher, to which the Indian at the reception said at first that he was not interested in the voucher. He only has accommodation, at first he said that only with breakfast and no dinner, and after 10 minutes he said that without breakfast. He said that these were our problems, that we had paid for breakfast and dinner, that there was no breakfast or dinner for the apartments, although there was such a service on the website. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!
