The hotel has a pleasant and hospitable staff, the breakfasts are quite decent (eggs, vegetables, olives/olives, cheese and cold cuts, muesli, pastries, fruits), like it was a great cheesecake The location is very convenient, in the area of transport accessibility in all directions. There is also a park nearby, I regularly walked in it. The room was cleaned daily. On the downside, it was cool. The heating was not turned on in the first half of December. The view from the room window was on the construction site, but that's nonsense))) The hotel is quite convenient to spend the night, have breakfast and go on a trip around the city, and in the evening return, take a shower (the water was always hot) and go to bed on white sheets :-)) And there lives a cat Sofia, Moore

Five stars on the price-quality scale. The three of us stayed for a week at the end of December. The hotel is not new, but the staff are trying their best to make your stay comfortable. Towels, water, toiletries, cleaning - every day. The bed was changed. Buffet breakfasts- the choice is always provided. The food is very decent by local standards. The staff is friendly, in touch, helps with any questions. The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists: both in terms of urban infrastructure, transport, and walking distance to Istanbul attractions.

We booked a hotel for 4 nights. We were very satisfied. The rooms are small, there is a kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning (it was useful to us because it was hot. The room was cleaned well, cosmetics were replenished - soap, gel and shampoo. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is convenient to walk to the sights. The view from the window on the construction site, but it did not bother us, we only spent the night in the room and did not hear the noise from the construction site. There is no tram running on this street, it is very important, there is no noise! In the early days, there were few guests and the breakfast was modest, but we really had enough of everything! And when filling up the hotel, the breakfast for a small city hotel was excellent!!! There is a cafe opposite

The microformat hotel has 23 rooms, I don't know how many of them are actually in operation. They clean very well and diligently every day, consumables are updated every day (slippers, water, tea, shampoo, shower gel, towels), linen is clean, snow-white. The breakfasts are normal, there is something new every day. There is someone at the reception around the clock, they help in any way they can. Convenient location - around the corner, 200 meters from the metro station and tram. Noisy streets with traffic in the distance, so it's quiet. Although, on the contrary, there is a construction site, but it is fenced and clean - it does not interfere. But in the hotel itself, the doors are cardboard and there is a two-finger gap under the door, so the audibility is excellent.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Istanbul's historic center. We had a rest from April 28 to May 03, 2025. Sultanahmet, Gulhane Park, t1 tram stop, Eminenyu Pier, Golden Horn Bay, Sirkeci Railway Station and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are good, quite varied and satisfying. Room cleaning and linen change are 5 points out of 5 daily and very high quality. Kitty Sofia is a delight🐈😍

I recommend the hotel! It is well located, close to all the infrastructure, the tram stop is close enough, but at the same time the hotel is on a quiet street, which is undoubtedly a plus. Hello! My name is Victor, I am a pensioner (66 years old). I want to share how improperly, disrespectfully and immorally the hotel administration behaved towards me, an elderly man. The problem is this... my wife and I purchased a tour to the Hotellino Hotel on March 8-14, 2026 (we paid $700 for the hotel) Due to the fact that the flight to Istanbul from Krasnodar was canceled and there were no tickets for the next few days, we contacted the hotel through the tour operator with a request to refund some of the money for the tour, since we could not physically arrive (even from Minvod and Sochi there were no seats) But the management and administration of the hotel behaved aggressively and did not pay our money. But they seem to have forgotten that God can punish them for their inhumanity, lack of kindness and understanding of tourists' problems.

Excellent hotel, near the tram and the entrance to Marmaray. Nice rooms, room cleaning every day. Cozy rooms, everything you need, we found a room on the fifth floor with a balcony. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. And some words about the hotel staff: all responsive, amazing people, always help, lived a week with pleasure)

A small, cozy (should be) hotel on a quiet (not now) street in the most convenient, from the point of view of a tourist, area of Istanbul. You need to go to this hotel in a year or later (I am writing this in mid-December 2024). Two houses are currently under construction across the street from the hotel. On weekends, the construction sites are quiet, and on weekdays the sounds of grinders and punchers are clearly audible. All rooms have windows facing one side. A photo from the room window is attached. The breakfasts are very meager, but for me this moment is not important. The room is cleaned every day. The pillows, blankets and linens are great. There was no Russian-speaking employee at the reception during the week of stay.

A very nice, small, cozy hotel and wonderful staff. We spent a week at the hotel somehow mentally and at home. I liked the breakfasts. Something was daily on the menu, but every day there was something different on the breakfast menu. About the staff, this is a special thank you. Attentive, polite, try to help when contacting. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the linen is clean. And a very good location. Metro, tram, pier, Egyptian Bazaar, Grand Bazaar within walking distance. There is nothing to say about shops and cafes. There are a lot of things nearby. If you take a card for travel in the subway and other transport, you need to understand how to register and activate it. We need a hez code. Thank you for your help on the Zeineb lobby. Not all hotels are ready to help tourists this way. The hotel was attentive to the birthday, which coincided with the stay at the hotel. So warmly and beautifully congratulated. Even the happy birthday song sounded personalized. The cake is very tasty, and there is also a small gift separately. Thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay, attention and friendliness.

A good hotel, there was a tram stop and Gulhane Park within walking distance. Most of the attractions were easily accessible on foot. The staff is extremely polite and the atmosphere is very pleasant. One of the administrators is a Russian-speaking guy, the rest speak English well.
