Excellent location. A very pleasant manager. It is convenient if you walk in the center. There are shops and cafes nearby. There is a washing machine and everything you need in the kitchen. On the top floor there is a small track where you can sit at a table or on a couch. Everything is modest, but cozy and comfortable.

Pros: Excellent location. All major attractions are nearby. Hospitable and helpful host, always in touch (at any time of the day). He arranged for us to transfer to the airport. We only came for three nights and Yusuf said that the rooms were cleaned every two days and we wouldn't have it (the safe wasn't working in the room because the batteries were dead), but in fact there was cleaning on the second day (when we weren't in the room, which we were not ready) and all the documents, the money remained in place)) There is a washing machine with powder for general use, which is very convenient. Basically, the room had everything we needed - toilet paper, liquid soap, dish detergent, bags of coffee and tea (shampoos and shower gels are our own, toothpaste is our own, not provided in the room). Also on the roof of the house there is a terrace for common use with tables and chairs, kettles and mugs (you can drink tea, coffee, who wants wine) with a very nice view of the city and the sea. Cons: we were in a room on the ground floor, where there are quite a lot of ants (for this I take a star) crawling on both beds and kitchen furniture, so we had to hunt them periodically to clear the space. There is no staff who speaks Russian, only English. Before the start of the trip, I could not arrange a transfer from the airport to the apartments, Yusuf did not respond to my letter about this (although it may be because I did not explicitly ask for a ride, but was interested in whether he could arrange a transfer for the group and its cost, because we were traveling with friends). But at the same time, the day before the trip, Yusuf asked about our flight number to facilitate our journey at the airport upon arrival (we passed passport control quickly and without problems, they did not ask for any additional documents to our passports). Our TV didn't work (if it's important to anyone) because of dead batteries in the remotes (it didn't matter to us, since we don't use a TV). In general, we were satisfied with the place, I would recommend it (but maybe it's better to take a room not in the basement, but on the floors - there are large windows facing the street, it's more pleasant). We have narrow windows at the top, but the room rate is lower. In principle, this room is fine for a couple of days, but for a longer period it probably makes sense to take a better room on the floors.

A great option in a great location! Cleanliness and order, there is everything you need - dishes, a cloth, a sponge, detergent in the kitchen, liquid soap in the bathroom. Within walking distance are not only the main tourist attractions, but also grocery stores. Special thanks to the staff!
