I couldn't answer our questions about the plaster selected on the sample. When asked if it was available, he said no, and even if it was, it was not machine-tinted. I tried to sell decorative plaster of another brand instead. We returned to the department later. Not only was the plaster of our chosen brand and model available, but we also found out at the tinting stand that it is perfectly tinted, you can do it right in the store. In general, it is a complete deception. And if it's not an employee, it's not clear what he's doing there at all. Please ask the store to look into the issue.

We didn't want another one, so we went away for 5 minutes, walked, talked, and looked for this one in om's online store. And lo and behold, it is available! We found it ourselves, brought it to the tinting department, where a young, slender guy quickly helped, explained everything, and picked up more paint for the plaster!) Thank him very much!) If we had listened to the first young man, we would have gone to another store to look for this plaster! Repairs already consume a lot of time! And I don't want to go shopping for nothing at all! In general, it's difficult to talk to a person who speaks very quietly and deliberately, it's quite noisy in the store, it's very annoying, and nothing sensible has been said. We really hope that the store's management will pay attention to the people who work in it and train a large young man with blond hair in an orange T-shirt with the a_l_p_i_n_a logo to communicate with customers in a separate order. There is no need to help people in this way.
