We stayed at the Selenium Hotel in Side in July 2925. The hotel is like 4*, but in fact it's more like 3*. We basically knew where we were going, our main vacation was in Egypt in March in a cool hotel, and this vacation was economy. The room was very cramped. We took the food for breakfast and dinner, and it was good. In this heat, I didn't really want to eat, we had lunch with what we bought at the nearest store. The location of the hotel is generally good. Supermarkets and Waikiki are within walking distance. You can walk to the ancient city, but it's not easy in the heat. The hotel has 2 beaches. It's a 12-minute walk to one, downhill to the beach, downhill from the beach. The bus takes you to the second one at 10 and 11 o'clock, and picks you up from the beach at 16 o'clock. The sea is gorgeous. The approach is smooth, sandy. Of its territory, the hotel has only two small pools, i.e. there is no territory as such. There is no animation, a quiet compact hotel. The guests are mostly Europeans, mostly Germans. The food is good. The breakfasts are monotonous, it's good that fried eggs are fried.The dinners are more varied, beef, fish once, sausages, lots of vegetables. Even if you eat too much watermelon, both morning and evening, watermelons are perfectly ripe, very tasty. I liked the rest, the only thing was, the heat was up to +46, a bit exhausting. The price-quality ratio is good. But if you want real comfort, then you are not here, but then the rest will cost more.

We had a family vacation with two children in August 2025. Let's go on a promotional campaign, for food HP.(breakfasts and dinners). The hotel is small, compact, 3 floors, no elevator. One of the advantages: cleaned every day, clean but old; quiet, quiet in the evening (without music and shouting). Cons: the food is meager, monotonous, but since we had lunch elsewhere, it's not really scary); the staff is mostly in English, only 2 people are Russian-speaking); all rooms and their bathroom are very small; there is no kettle in the room. Drinks are free for breakfast onlyDrinks are paid for at dinner, which is why I'm talking about tea and coffee, Jupi, and not about alcohol and cola.To the sea 10 minutes on foot, to a private sandy beach with sun beds) They take us from the hotel to Dalny beach at 10 and 11 a.m., and pick us up at 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., there are fewer tourists here and the sea is cleaner, we did not wait for the evening, we walked to the hotel through the ancient city, about 40 minutes. Within walking distance is a beautiful evening promenade with a huge variety of cafes and an ancient city landmark. Nearby there is a playground, Migros and a center (shopping malls, McDonald's, Burger King, etc.) In general, if you don't expect more, then you can visit, but we won't go there a second time.

It is small, mostly elderly Germans in September, there are few children, the music ends at 11-12 pm, but then loud conversations in German for a long time. The food is also designed for Germans, it's the same every day, the TV programs are also German. You can smoke anywhere except in the rooms. Two pools with sun beds during the day. There are two beaches, and they take the 11 to 17 bus to the far one. The nearest one is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are simple but cozy. The ancient city is 5 minutes away by public transport for 30 liras. All museums are only for lira! There are also main restaurants and pleasure boats. It is better to arrive after five in the evening, meet the sunset at the temple of Apollo and walk until late.
