I had to receive my orders several times at this WB order pick-up point. The girls are very friendly and courteous. They told me how to proceed if the money is not returned to the card within 14 days. The point itself is clear! There are no piles of empty boxes.

Almost all the staff is polite and adequate. But the room itself leaves much to be desired. The area is small, there is not enough table for checking the goods at all, two fitting rooms without lighting.

Unfortunately, there are more boxes in the hall than there are fitting rooms. This is usually not so critical, but before the holidays it is very felt that the room is not enough for such a customer flow. But on some days it's even empty.
