I give four stars, purely out of respect that our organization is served by them, but otherwise I would give three stars. The reason is that there is no application like Anorbank or Uzumbank. You cannot order a card online, or contact the operators and support service. I have to go to them for any reason. I'm talking about the branch in Yashnabad district. If I had my way, I would have transferred my salary to another bank long ago.
