7.11 I visited Khinkalnya with my family. Despite the objectively visible workload of the hall, we were still able to be accommodated at the table. Anastasia, the waiter, served us, for which I thank her very much for being able to brighten up our evening, especially during the very long wait for the entire order. As a minus, I would like to note the long wait for literally all the dishes, starting with soup and ending with khachapuri in Megrelian. I think that the organization could assume a heavy workload in the institution on a day off. On the plus side, the food was delicious, even though we had to wait more than 30 minutes, and of course the waiter and apparently the receptionist (we didn't remember the name) were also nice enough to us, thanks a lot for the coloring book for the child) Thank you lovely girls, for such a wonderful evening, we will definitely come back to you!

The food is delicious, the cuisine is varied, and there is plenty to choose from.The staff is very polite, we were served by a girl named Yana, very polite, she warned us that the waiting time was long, but she brought it quickly, also offered other dishes, and was very attentive to the order.We were satisfied

Today we went to have a snack with the child. When ordering khinkali , they asked the waiter if it was spicy or not , as the child was planning to eat them and the answer was no . As a result, my daughter picked all the khinkali, "gnawed" the dough because pepper was added to the meat. We settled the bill and invited the administrator to clarify why they didn't warn us about this when ordering ... The administrator ( I don't remember the name , a girl with long blond hair , which she shook over our table )this is a separate example of how it shouldn 't be ... First it was that their khinkali is not spicy , then that they are spiced and just savory and generally everyone eats them and no one complains . No professional ethics, no subordination, rudeness ( she 100% never read job descriptions ).It feels like we came to her house ... I asked for a book of comments and suggestions and flipped through a couple of pages back to see if the managers were working with the comments of visitors , so the receptionist ran up shouting that I had no right to read anything . Then she started running into the kitchen when I tried to explain to her that there was a law about consumer protection and I have the right to read the information from the book at least about the legal entity.... Unfortunately, it was useless to explain it to her. … Dirty plates and napkins were also on our table for about 15 minutes. When asked by the receptionist why she couldn't pick them up by walking up and away from us several times, the "professional" in her field replied that this was the work of waiters , and she was solving serious issues.(as far as I'm concerned, she creates them) I really want the leaders to pay attention to this behavior, communication ... a little clarification ended in conflict and the loss of guests..
