The hotel is in the center of the city, old and tired, but it keeps its brand and face at a good level!Our room was renovated, clean, beautiful, aesthetically pleasing.We lived in transit for three days, with breakfast, very mentally! Friendly reception, the waitress in the restaurant is a darling, trying her best, very cute! In general, any whim of the guests is carried out unconditionally and with a smile, we were very satisfied and grateful for the warm welcome of guests from Russia, thanks from Nizhny Novgorod!!!

Reasonable prices. In the centre. It's old, but clean and tidy. There are balconies in the rooms, you can smoke there. The breakfast is simple, not a teahouse, of course, but quite satisfying. 50 meters round-the-clock stall with everything you need. During the day, you can print documents nearby. Cafes are also nearby. The PSC is a bit far, but you can take a taxi a couple of times.

That's right-the hotel is old, the furniture is old, and the cleaning is poor. We can say that it's like an overnight stay, a guest house is more than a hotel. Being here is like being a Spartan - not paying attention to the dirt, the torn sockets and wallpaper, the lack of breakfast, the cold in the room, the dirty furniture. As a slogan, I see a goal, I see no obstacles, from this series. We stopped there because we didn't have time to look for something like that. Just business. We ate at another cafe. Yes, the service is suffering all over Uralsk, I don't know the reasons. And in this hotel, apparently, there are not enough finances to make repairs, put things in order, exist in general.
But the staff was nice, they helped if you asked.
We don't need to go to Uralsk anymore, and if we did, I'd find something better. If I find it.

What did you like:
- friendly and simple-minded staff. at the first request, two additional pillows were provided.
- convenient location in the center
- there is a fairly fast WiFi
- various cool tracks are included in the elevator. it's a pity the elevator arrives quickly :)
What didn't you like:
- a very "tired" hotel. The furniture creaks, the bed is depressed
- it's a little cold in the room

The worst hotel I've ever been to. If you managed to grab a cold, raw sausage at breakfast, then you are very lucky, because personally I got one boiling water and a tea bag. The dishes are all dirty, a female supervisor walks around the dining room and apparently makes sure that God forbid they don't take a second tea bag. The hotel is old and shabby, the sofas are sagging, uncomfortable chairs.
Of the advantages: two rooms in a suite, check-out is not at 12 o'clock, but upon check-in a day later.

But, on the other hand, the shower doors in my room did not close well, the furniture was already a little shabby. There was no shampoo, there was soap, but only a very small piece. The breakfast was not impressive. Although maybe I'm being picky. In general, it is quite possible to spend the night, the air conditioner is weak and creaky, but it still worked. Breakfast is not particularly tasty, but nutritious. The location of the hotel is good, the city center. The staff is friendly. The room is clean, the linen is clean, with a pleasant smell. Surprisingly, the standard room was pleased: clean, excellent sound insulation, new plumbing. As a smoker, I came across a room with an ashtray, so I could smoke right in the room, but I went out onto the balcony. There is an elevator. The staff is courteous and friendly. One small disadvantage is that the room is quite cool, but it also has an oil heater, so you can stay for more or less a day or two. Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate. Not a buffet, of course, but quite edible.

A 24-hour hotel. For how many days you move in, they give you sets in a bag with soap, a bottle of water, shampoo and disposable slippers. Departure is not at 12 o'clock every day, as almost everywhere, but exactly after the number of days when you entered. It's nice. I drove in half past one at night and, accordingly, two days later I left around 12 at night. In another hotel, I would have to walk around Uralsk for half a day while my plane picks me up. Breakfast is included, not restaurant dishes, but delicious, semolina porridge or scrambled eggs, pancake, butter, bread, cheese, tea. In general, I liked everything, especially the elevator of a thousand songs.

My wife and I wanted to stop by this hotel on recommendation, but the expectation seemed different, but in reality everything was running, the receptionist sent us to look at the room ourselves, there is a smell of a read cigarette in the room, as if we entered a brothel, the furniture is old, the floors and doors are old wooden. They asked to show the suite, but alas they said that we do not have a suite. And prices from 20,000 and above. We immediately turned around and left, well passers-by showed the Kurmet hotel nearby, and stopped there. In a word, I do not recommend going to the Sayahat hotel.
