Once there was the best hotel in Pavlodar..... but time passed and everything "got wrapped up"... cons: sheets with holes, a shallow shower (with my height of 182 cm in 5 days that I lived there, I hit 8 times for sure, or even more. The mattresses are made of stone with springs outwards. There is dark mold in the bathroom. There are small bugs in the room (not bedbugs) but it is no less unpleasant.
