I visited this store inspired by my vacation and wanting to buy a bottle of wine in my collection. Despite the bottles themselves, I saw "BEL" on the price tag, thinking because of this that the wine was Belarusian and it would be a great souvenir. I decided to check with the consultant, who "kindly" offered her invaluable help. To my question, she replied, and I quote, "Are you kidding?" with obvious disdain in her tone, making me feel stupid and embarrassed because the wines turned out to be French. I understand that I said something stupid, but the consultant could have gotten out of this situation any way he wanted, he chose the most unpleasant option, in my opinion. The desire to buy something there is gone, thanks a lot for the spoiled mood.
