We ordered a kitchen for about $6,000. We expected normal quality and service, but in fact we got problems. After installation, the backlight power supply died, and there was a burning smell. It's not just a joint anymore, it's a potentially dangerous situation — they almost brought it to a fire. We turned to the kitchen staff — instead of solving the issue properly and replacing it at our own expense, we started going into formalities, contracts, and so on. In fact, there is zero help. Communication is a separate topic. Director Elena behaves strangely: mistakes are not recognized, it all comes down to the fact that "it's your own fault." At some point, we were also called a problem customer, although the problem arose because of their own components. Bottom line: — expensive kitchen, but the equipment is the cheapest — there is no real risk of fire — there is no service after payment — they do not take responsibility for themselves I don't recommend it. If something breaks, you'll be left alone with it.
