The location is great! 3-4 minutes walk to the metro. There is a Jacuzzi, small but generally normal, heated pool, sun beds/umbrellas. The breakfasts are not varied, but you can choose, lunch / dinner is very meager. The room was under the Jacuzzi, most likely because of this, the room had terrible humidity and the appropriate smell, things did not dry at all. Also, the bubbling from the Jacuzzi was also heard in the evenings.

An ambiguous hotel. The main fat disadvantage is a very tired room stock. Once we faced the problem of the lack of seats in the restaurant during breakfast. The sockets in the room are mostly English. There were two euros in our room, but they were not working correctly. I had to adjust the position of the plug to start charging. Among the advantages are a varied breakfast, a good heated swimming pool (depth from 1 m to 2.1 m), Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam. The hotel is located close to the Business Bay metro stop. The beach can be reached on foot in about 45 minutes or by taxi in 5 minutes (25-30 dirhams). I booked a hotel through Yandex Travel. There were no problems during check-in. The reception is friendly, checked in 4 hours before the official check-in time. They also said that you can easily stay for a couple of hours at the check-out. I would recommend the hotel to those who have previously seen "everything" in Dubai, and now just need an overnight stay in the center. (the photo shows a view from the pool towards the sea. it's there :))

We liked everything, we came at the end of December. There was a special dinner for Christmas, and everything was beautifully served on the rooftop by the pool. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied. We had dinners included, the portions are very large, but it's a long wait, but you can order in advance and come as soon as you're ready. The pool is warm, even if there is a cool wind outside, you can swim, there is a sauna, a Jacuzzi, and very friendly staff.

Excellent hotel in terms of location and breakfast. The room is a little tired, but it didn't spoil the experience for 10 days. The rooftop pool is small, but it wasn't our goal either. The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent, varied and delicious. The hotel is close to the metro station and bus stop, a supermarket is a couple of minutes away, we walked to the Burj Khalifa, and there is a good Eat and drink chain cafe nearby. I definitely recommend it

We celebrated the new year in this hotel, the location is very convenient.Friendly staff, the New Year's banquet is great! Cuisines from different nations of the world, the lobsters were delicious and very homey) They went out and saluted on the Bourgeoisie, calmly without any queues and crowding. The hotel has a small heated swimming pool. There is even a small kitchen in the hotel, which is generally a super comfortable hotel. It was important for me to open the windows, and the low number of floors , the atmosphere .The principle of construction is American , an inner courtyard . I recommend it for a stay in Dubai.

A great place to spend time in Dubai. We got a nice and spacious room. The room has everything you need for living and even had a full kitchen. We cleaned every day, all the kits were replenished in a timely manner, and the cleanliness was maintained perfectly in the hotel as a whole. Friendly staff. Good cuisine.

The most terrible hotel we've been to. The staff was terrible, they were fed junk food, there was not even tea, and they spared boiling water. But the rooms are dirty and somehow a cockroach was found in the rooms. We came with a delegation to the competition with children from Kazakhstan. They asked me to make soups for the children for two days at most, and that's it. Since we are from the KZ, we asked them to give us tea , but they always gave us boiling water with such dissatisfaction .. In general, this is a terrible, filthiest hotel.

It's a terrible, old, dirty hotel!!!!! We stayed in it with two small children, aged 5 and 6, in December 2024, we survived as best we could, our rooms were changed several times, each room had terrible unsanitary conditions, mold, mildew, five, ingrained dirt! The cleaner came every day and didn't understand what we wanted from her and why we were saying it was dirty. The hotel administration only moved us to another room, promising to wash it, promising to call cleaning from the city and not by the hotel, in the end, only promises and apologies! The food is spicy, the children have nothing to eat except mashed potatoes, and they cooked it for us on request. It's not on the menu. We had to eat in the city at our own expense, although we paid for 3 meals a day! To this day, Biblio Globus is writing us unsubscriptions, allegedly unable to sort out the hotel in order to refund our compensation, although they have already written claims and called several times— it comes to court! While staying at the hotel from the first day, they wrote complaints and asked us to move to another hotel, since it was impossible to stay at the hotel, the children were allergic due to dust and dirt, skin rashes began, and nose problems. Horror, horror, and horror again!

We stayed at Villa Rotana 4* in Dubai for three days, and the impressions were the warmest. We arrived for the first time and just got to the Catholic Christmas — it was very nice that the hotel hosted a festive dinner on the top floor by the pool. Decorations, atmosphere, New Year's music — everything was really cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed the food not only on a festive evening, but also on ordinary days — we took breakfast and dinner, and we never regretted it. Considering the local restaurant prices, this is an excellent solution. We chose the hotel because we wanted to live near the Burj Khalifa. As a result, it turned out to be an ideal location: the metro is nearby, it's easy to get from the airport, you just need to purchase a travel card. We managed to visit the tower itself, went to the Dubai Mall, and you can walk to it if you like to go and visit the Museum of the Future too — everything is within reach. There was one moment — something did not work out with our armor, they could not find it for a long time, and the right room category was no longer there. As a result, we were given a free upgrade — we were given a spacious room with a separate bedroom. I was very pleased with the attitude of the staff, everything was solved calmly and with care. We booked through Yandex and paid with a ruble card — it's convenient, we didn't have to look for how to book through booking. Overall, it is an excellent hotel, with good service, convenient location and a very pleasant atmosphere.

Ideal location, Business bay metro station is easy to walk to even in the heat in a couple of minutes. There is a supermarket nearby. In the rooms, you can prepare your own meals or use the breakfast services. Very sensitive hotel staff, just 6 out of 5. We really liked it. As we are going to Dubai next time, we will definitely stop here again. Rooftop pool and fitness room. I recommend.
