The hotel is expensive, but we specially chose this hotel, on the advice of friends, to celebrate the New Year and watch the light show and fireworks on the Burj Khalifa. We had a room with a view of the fountain, so we saw all the beauty. The hotel is very conveniently located for those who walk around the center of Dubai and like to shop at the Dubai Mall. Our room was big and nice, but smoky. Of course, the service is not very good, everything is slow and unhurried. The baby's bed arrived 2 hours after they had already had a fight at the reception. A wonderful, high-status hotel. Located in the heart of Dubai, on the shore of a pool with fountains, opposite the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The hotel has excellent breakfasts. We went to a seafood dinner - beyond praise! The standard rooms are quite concise, without luxury and special frills. But the beds are comfortable, the noise from the street does not penetrate, cleaning is daily. The hotel has its own swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. But we stayed there for three days and didn't get to it. In general, I liked the hotel. It has only one significant drawback - it is expensive!

A gorgeous hotel. The guests are treated well. The location is actually in the Burj Khalifa fountain-the very center. We were unlucky - the fountain was closed for repairs, which was a little disappointing. Before the trip, CHECK if the fountain is working (they said it would open by October 2025). The cuisine is excellent, the rooms are cozy, and the views from the territory are unforgettable. I advise you to visit (when the fountains start working)

I went to Dubai for 2 nights and needed a hotel close to the Dubai Mall. I chose this hotel. I give a rating of 5. What I liked: the location (just 3-5 minutes from the entrance to the Dubai Mall and go through another covered building, so it's convenient in the heat). A pleasant interior in Arabic style. A large spacious room (we took the most ordinary one). The room has everything you need, including free water, coffee machine, iron, etc.). Breakfast is normal. But I'm unpretentious. Bell fights will always help at the entrance. There is a pretty decent swimming pool on site. We had time to swim for an hour and a half in the morning. But at 10 they were already leaving because it was very hot. In general, I recommend the hotel for those who like shopping in the Dubai Mall. Very convenient location

Excellent hotel, friendly and attentive staff, devote time to every little thing, cleaning the room twice a day. A very convenient location for walking and visiting the Mall, a close transfer from the airport, you can get to the metro station on foot through cool corridors. Breakfast, not a very large selection of dishes, three local hot dishes, a local side dish and tortillas, then standard sausages, bacon, omelets, eggs, hash browns, French toast, pancakes. There is also a couple of gyoza, then with chicken, then vegan. A large selection of cheeses, salads, desserts/pastries, a fruit table, a table with ready-made breakfasts, fresh berries, yoghurts and a yogurt ice cream machine. In general, everything is delicious, but I couldn't eat like this for ten days :) The bonus of the place is a gorgeous view from the room to the fountain show in the evening

Very natural, as much as it can be in the desert! - If you come across a room with a balcony on the ground floor, then you can watch a fountain show surrounded by palm trees and vegetation, as well as birds will fly to you and chat with you! :) - There is a cafe with hookahs in the hotel, but if you like delicious, smoky Russian hookahs, you definitely shouldn't come here for them. - The rooms are good, inside the design and cleanliness are all like in the best expensive hotels in Moscow, but with a little Arabic notes in the design. - There are free booths around the pool with a fan, where you can order food and hookah. In the pool, they go every ~ 30 minutes and distribute a bottle of cold water, as well as fruit ice for free. :) - Near the Dubai Mall, you can get to it directly from the hotel if you go outside and turn left and go through the old town. There is a Starbucks in the old town, and next to it there are 3 cafes with hookahs and delicious food.

A posh hotel, but there was an unpleasant incident. We booked a room in a month, indicated that we had two children with us, we were promised that they would accommodate us without any problems. After a long flight, we go to the room, and instead of the promised 4-bed room, we have a 2-bed room. Three times the spouse called the administrator, then went to figure it out himself. As a result, the bed was brought, after 2 hours, and the time was already 23.30. I understand that anything can be, we are all people. But when you pay such money, and this hotel is not of a budget level, you want to get the appropriate service. Otherwise, there are no complaints, excellent breakfast, great view from the window. Clean and tidy room.
