I have been using the services of this carrier more than once and I can't help but leave my review, as the rating shocks me. I have traveled many times on the Minsk-Prague and Prague-Minsk flights. Every time I come across very nice, polite and very neat (for me, the shirts were initially even a shock) drivers. Last time I got to know Vladimir, Alexey and Victor very well) The bus is comfortable: comfortable seats, there are sockets and a good Wi-Fi. The toilet is not working, but there are plenty of stops, I would even say that it is much better, as there is an opportunity to stretch. As for the time, yes, sometimes they deviated from the schedule, but this was clearly not the fault of the drivers, but just luck. After all, no one will ever say how long it takes to cross the border. Stopping right after the border is something for which I am very grateful, as there is an opportunity to eat not just some snacks, but at least some soup and a second course. It helps a lot to relax mentally after a hard border and then sleep the rest of the way. Also, do not forget that at the moment the Prague-Minsk flight is the only flight in the Republic of Belarus that allows direct access to Prague and Krakow, which is another advantage) Thank you so much for your work!

I usually write only negative reviews, but here I decided to write a positive one. There is a mixed opinion about the Visit tour, it depends on the drivers and the bus, but here I came across a top route. Overnight flight Minsk-Moscow. 1) Very smooth ride, even on the not very convenient road to Orsha, it is worse there, not like on the highway. 2) We got there faster than the schedule, just in time for the opening of the subway 3) I asked the drivers not to put anything on top of my bag. At first, there was a response that you could put your bag on top of others, but you couldn't put yours on top, and it seemed like a tense situation. But after I explained that this time I was asking them not to put it on top, they clarified that they were there and went to meet me halfway. As a result, nothing was dented, thanks a lot! I wanted to leave a review after the trip, clarified that the drivers' names were Sergey and Vlad, and added a photo of the bus number to the review.

I came here specifically to leave a positive review and, to be honest, I'm surprised by the rating. I went to Poland with them in the summer on the Minsk - Prague flight, and I am very pleased with the drivers. They always helped, answered questions. They did everything possible at the border. I traveled back by ecolines through Lithuania. Well, normal, nothing special except for a ticket twice as expensive. It's New Year's holidays and my daughter, a student, is on a visit. We got there quickly and comfortably. She said that her friends who traveled after her , when the long queues began, were transferred to their buses , which were closer to the border for free , without 50 euros. And they passed very quickly. By the way, my ticket was quickly changed to another flight on the phone without additional charges. And she broadcast regularly. Drivers respond to messages Thank you very much.
