Lack of service, waiting for a simple pepper shaker for 10 minutes. Waiters always communicate with each other at the counter and ignore everyone in the restaurant. This is the worst service I've seen in Dubai. You need to be able to get angry like that. It's not bad in the kitchen, it's 4 Burrata with vegetable stew for some reason. Carbonara is good. Tiramisu is great.
