Lovely hotel, daily cleaning, clean white linen, courteous staff. Breakfast is quite rich, no one will stay hungry. The location is convenient, metro 5 minutes, tram 5 minutes, Ordu shopping street 5 minutes, pharmacies, grocery stores, exchangers nearby (they also change rubles at the normal exchange rate). Well, there are cafes at every turn, the price is adequate, opposite the entrance on the corner of the cafe, Russian-speaking guys work there, they will tell you everything and prompt you.

The breakfast is delicious, buffet, 4 types of jam and halva sweets. The staff is responsive and will help you with any question. But we didn't change the towel and the bed for 5 days, and we didn't like that there was no washing machine.

The location is fire. The metro and many attractions are within walking distance. It is also convenient to get here from the airport by metro, if there are few things. It is possible to visit many central districts of the city on foot from this location. It's a good breakfast, but there's food just as good on the streets nearby with a wide variety of choices. This building is visible from many points of the city, it will be easy for you to navigate. The disadvantages, probably, are precisely the winter accommodation. There is no normal heating from batteries. And then the miracles begin. Air conditioning can bring heat into the room, but the windows are decently cold (even part of the bed is cold, everything is close), as a result, your room will not be hot or cold. It was uncomfortable for me. The staff didn't seem particularly customer-oriented. They didn't warn me that they canceled the fireworks for the new year. They offered a program at an upper restaurant, where there is essentially one meal and an inhumane price tag (and this is without alcohol, this is for the new year). X-ray inspection of things at the entrance - this precautionary measure seemed excessive. In short, this is a great place to start visiting Istanbul. But not in winter. You can come up with entertainment and a program for yourself.

09/26/2025 we arrived at the hotel in the evening. This is the 2nd time. We were here last year. In the morning, I took a barsetka with me for breakfast, which is on the 7th floor of the same hotel. There are 9600$ and 2 passports in the purse. We are sitting quietly having breakfast, a sideboard on the table next to it. A little girl in a hat and mask comes up to my wife from the other side, she got pricked with a toothpick, we looked at her, she apologizes and leaves. We are surprised, and after a couple of minutes I notice that there is no borsetku. We'll get staff right away. For some reason, they don't call the police right away and watch the cameras. After numerous questions, they called the police, but to my surprise, the police did not come, we ourselves went to the place with the person who works at this hotel. But the police also didn't react to anything. The same person and I searched around the hotel for trash cans ourselves, but to no avail. As a result, we were robbed. I don't know what has anything to do with it, but I'm not coming here anymore. In the hotel, if something was stolen, I think the hotel should respond. I don't know.

An excellent hotel for active tourists (not to sit sad in the room, but to walk around the most beautiful Istanbul). Excellent service, friendly staff and Russian-speaking reception. Excellent location (near the metro, and on foot everything is within walking distance). The prices are acceptable. The rooms are good. But the cherry on the cake is the restaurant on the top floor overlooking the sea.

I wouldn't even give 1 star because the hotel is terrible, a lot of Uzbeks, I'd rather keep silent about the staff, enter the room without asking and do not apologize, the food is not delicious, just the worst hotel in my life. Think 100 times before you spend the night there.
