The hotel is small and cozy. All inclusive meals. The Internet connection is $10 per week, but if you want to take a break from social media and have a seal vacation like me, believe me, it's worth it. Cleaning every day. We chose it again for its wonderful beaches, as we stayed at this hotel in 2010, one of them is active, the other is "quiet", relaxing. Now everything is in order. We flew back and forth with Aeroflot, took off at exactly the appointed time, without delays, and were fed and watered on the plane. On arrival at Hurghada, the flight attendants handed out migration card forms to fill out and not waste time at the airport. And it's very convenient. The representative of the meeting party at the airport, the Tour Operator Biblio-Globus, met, marked on the list, called the number of the car and said, go and look for it, but we didn't even bother to look for this car, took a taxi for $ 10 (originally asked for $ 20) and went to the hotel. We arrived, they met us at the entrance to the old hotel, took our luggage, and we went to the lobby of the hotel. And there's such a beauty: they've already decorated the Christmas tree, decorated all the halls of the lobby. The room was clean, the view from the window onto Sheraton Street, we enjoyed watching the nightlife, the traffic was not bothered. The room had everything for tea and coffee, 2 1.5-liter bottles of water were brought every day, cleaning, change of linen, towels every day. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom, a shower stall, but there was no door at the cabin – it was broken, and toiletries. We got up early and went to breakfast at 7 o'clock, then went to the sea, there were enough sun beds for everyone on both beaches. The weather was wonderful, the air was 29 degrees, the sea was the same, and the beauty. The territory of the hotel has become very beautiful compared to 2010. A cafe has appeared on the beach where you can have a snack, drink various cocktails, drinks, and coffee. There were plenty of places for everyone at breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant, there was no need to stand and look. The food is varied, everyone will find something to eat. There were a lot of fruits: melon, bananas, pears, apples of several varieties, tangerines, grapes, oranges, dates. And what delicious desserts!!! Very tasty fish, cooked in a new way every time. The animators are great, it was fun. The staff is friendly and caring. In the evening, after dinner, you can sit in the lobby, drink a cocktail and listen to live music. And yet, November 28 marked the 25th anniversary of the hotel, it was a grand celebration. Those who had previously visited this hotel were given gifts, brought directly to the room with an invitation to the celebration. It was a pleasure. On the day of departure, the tour operator Biblio-Globus picked up from the hotel and delivered to the airport. If you ask yourself: "Would I like to come here again?" The answer is definitely YES.

If I had started writing a review on the first day of arrival, I would have put 4*, but I realized it was vibe on day 3! We rested for 7 nights / 8 days, took a package tour from Pegasus. We arrived from the airport at night, so even though it was "all inclusive", there was no food anymore))), but at the reception a nice guy brought us sandwiches and tea! And he gave me the most luxurious room (for my taste) with a view of a piece of the sea, on the highest 4th floor and the longest balcony! No extra charges! In short, we will miss everything! The hotel is wonderful (and we are not 60+!)!!!

Suitable for families with children. The staff is very helpful, they always meet your requests and help you with any issues. I especially want to mention a few people, animator Ricci and his team worked day and night, I think)))))) The children were always amused, and it was obvious that it was done from the bottom of their hearts and with love for them. The kids adore them and they knew all the kids by name. Two amazing people, Irina and Eduard, also fell into the soul. They are the organizers of trips to the Kemer store. The guys became relatives during the 2 weeks of our stay there. They are very helpful, honest and kind people. If they read this, we love you guys.

This is the worst hotel in all my trips to Turkey. I chose according to the reviews, we went here on October 11th. It wasn't the cheapest option, but the reviews convinced us. The hotel corresponds to these categories. We had a late check-in, and we waited 1.5 hours for our luggage. We got there quickly and left second in 50 minutes. There was a very polite staff member at the reception, we managed to choose from several rooms and for an additional fee we lived in a family instead of a standard one, but not a 2-room one, but just two sleeping areas separated by a bathroom block. On the 4th floor with a balcony and mountain view. I liked the room, it has partial renovation of the walls and bathrooms. The comfortable mattresses, pillows, linens and towels are snow-white. Large wardrobe, space for 4 suitcases, two large mirrors. The plumbing is in good condition, the air conditioner is very conveniently located. It is important that the air conditioner is not central, but individual! Minuses : old entrance doors, 1 key for all non-magnetic. The beach is wonderful, the sun beds are at a distance, you can also sit on the lawn, it's very nice to sit on the pier in the breeze with a book and a cocktail. All deck chairs are serviceable, umbrellas too. The problem is with tourists - they occupy at 3 a.m. Because at 12 a.m. all the deck chairs are clean, and at 5:30 they are already busy with things. Mysticism! There are 3 pools, we did not swim because the sea was 28/29 degrees. The entrance to the sea is smooth and comfortable, there is a bridge and a pier, everyone is diving with somersaults and soldiers. There are showers, there are several of them, the toilet is not on the beach, but not far away, it is not always clean. We walked along the beach line to the right, our beach is the best, others have sun beds close to each other, there is nowhere to set foot on the pier. Food : overall, I liked it! Lots of vegetables and herbs, 2 kinds of olives, meat, chicken, red fish every other day, side dishes, sauces. Sausage, sausages, pizza are not edible. The sea is beyond praise, one day only washed up some kind of mud, and all the other days are perfectly clean and warm. There is a small stone strip at the entrance of 2 meters, and then sand. But it's better to go in corals. The rooms are old, but everything worked. Cleaning is daily, but so-so, it is not particularly noticeable, even if you leave money. Towels were changed every day. Animation is like everywhere else: karaoke, Turkish dances, a Cuban party, a singer of some kind performed off-key all the songs. Morning gymnastics on the pier and at sea, a lot of people participated. There are two pools, but no one swam in the one near the restaurant, and mostly Europeans swam in the second one. The children's area with swings and houses is not bad and everything is under canopies, there is a children's pool with a slide. Sun beds should be occupied early in the morning, but most of them are occupied in the evening, they do not take towels, because at 8 a.m. it is almost impossible to find an empty sunbed. Although the place allows you to arrange more sun beds. Umbrellas are small and do not save much. The perfect place on the green lawns under the palm trees. The beach is being cleaned, no dirt has been found. There are showers from each exit from the sea, a foot wash from the sand and a changing room. The lifeguard was never seen after, the tower was empty. There are also biting fish in shallow water, if they do not actively move, they bite, it really hurts and even wounds remain on the leg, there is no such thing at depth. There is an entrance to the sea from the shore, from the gangplank and from the pier, as it is more convenient. The tour was taken from the hotel guide to the Turkish Maldives for 40 euros per person with dinner. It takes 1.5 hours to get to the boat, then 40 minutes to the island, the water there is really turquoise and beautiful photos are obtained. There is a market next to the hotel, everything is there. There is a cafe at the end of the market, there is even Russian borscht and dumplings for those who miss you. Prices on the market are very high, there is a pharmacy there, you can find any medicine or analogue, everything is convenient to the hotel, gifts can be bought here, at the airport it is even more expensive, for example soap 2 euros on the market, and the same at the airport 5 euros. You can get to Kemer by bus 7, there are many markets and shops there. Russian Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, Turks are the contingent at the hotel, but there are more Russians. And the age of 50 + is mostly young, there are practically no young people. Sometimes it seemed that we were in a sanatorium of the musculoskeletal profile. In general, I liked the rest, the hotel justifies its 4 stars, but we will not go there a second time, although we met people who come there for the sixth time, they like it.

We stayed at the Seagull 4* hotel from 07/03/25 to 07/10/25. We moved to this hotel from Ring Beach 5* (it's terrible to remember). When checking in for 5,000 rubles for two rooms (on a savings card), we were offered to upgrade our standard rooms to two-room family rooms. We were given rooms next door on the same floor (very cool, since the grandchildren ran from room to room). The windows of the rooms faced the courtyard and the mountains, it was always quiet and peaceful. Yes, the rooms are a little tired, but it didn't bother us. the safe is paid for (it's a bit inconvenient that it's not electronic and I had to carry the key with me. And the door keys are also not electronic, when you enter the room you insert the keychain and the light turns on. The beds were double and one-and-a-half beds, we were comfortable, the sailors and pillows were comfortable, the bed linen was white and fresh, towels were changed on demand (leave on the floor). There is only shower gel in the dispenser. We were very pleased with the food. Believe me, I have been traveling to Turkey for more than 10 years and have visited 5+ class hotels. We were 3 families and we were accommodated in three rooms. There are two rooms on the top floor (in elevator T) and one on the penultimate floor. At the reception, we were shown which way to go to find our rooms (go there - I don't know where). We went into the rooms and were speechless: the curtains were torn, the bed was broken, the shower drain wasn't working, the linen and towels felt like they hadn't been washed, in the bathroom, as if they hadn't been cleaned after they left before us, and that's all I'm writing about three rooms. I would like to say separately about the smell: it was not possible to stay in the rooms, the sickening smell of sewage, mustiness and dirt. On the beach, all sun beds are occupied from 6:00 a.m. and if you come to the beach after breakfast, then there are no sun beds-sit down on the sand. There are no questions about the food-it's delicious. If you want a drink, then here's the question-we tried whiskey, it's just tin-sweet, watered-down stuff. They asked for a sprite and poured water with gas. We came to relax under the All-inclusive program, but it turned out that if you want alcohol that is not diluted and that you can drink, pay. Conclusion: paying almost 200,000 for 4* (our tour operator told us that this hotel is a solid 4 and it's super- we won't regret it) and living in such conditions and paying extra for alcohol is too much!!! It's better to pay a little too much and live in a 5*, where there's nothing else to pay extra for.

I'll say even more, when in the 19th year I stayed in a cooler hotel in Alanya, which was attended by more than half of the representatives of eastern and central Europe, I liked it less. They have a different mentality... plus a language barrier, different orders. So the presence of a large number of compatriots did not bother me at all. Rather the opposite. And the Turks on vacation behaved very well, with dignity. The staff, even at the reception, understands Russian with great difficulty. The maids and staff in the dining room don't speak any foreign languages at all. But Ildar, who invites you to SPA treatments for a lot of money, speaks excellent Russian. At the reception, we were immediately offered a quieter room with a good view. They didn't lie about the good view, but there is a separate "song" about the "quieter" ... Here, in this and other nearby hotels, such a state as "quieter" is basically impossible. Everywhere, from all sides, there is music, a show program, and so on. For this reason, the door to the balcony always had to be closed, since the sound insulation was excellent. It was a good thing that the air conditioner was working fine, but airing in the heat below forty degrees is a dubious occupation. The air conditioner, as in many Turkish hotels, only works while the key card is installed, i.e. while someone is in the room. That is, while you are not in the room, the air conditioner does not work. But the air conditioner works well, the direction of air flow can be adjusted, so you can leave it overnight without fear of freezing and catching a cold. The room itself is spacious, there is more than enough space for two people. The bed is comfortable and comfortable. There is a TV. But it's better not to turn it on... I won't explain the reason. The bathroom is quite decent, but the water pressure is weak, and the drain in the shower cabin does not work well. There are no sets of shampoo, soap and other things here! Only liquid soap in dispensers and that's it! There are no kettles in the rooms! There is no cooler on the floor either! There is always water for drinking in plastic cups in outdoor refrigerators, and if you need boiling water for tea or something else, you can always pour it from large thermopots in the dining room and bar, but you have to leave the room to do this. What I didn't like about the room was that it was essentially a shared balcony with its neighbors, divided in half into two parts by some kind of indistinct grid. And the balcony itself is very small. Wi-Fi is only for money, 10 dollars per week. It's not cheap, we could have included it in the price of the tour. But it's cheaper than buying a local SIM card. After a week, the Wi-Fi has not ended, which is good news.… He catches Wi-Fi throughout the hotel confidently, but during the evening show, when there is a large crowd of people in one place, there may be communication problems. I would like to note separately that you should not pay in rubles in Turkey. The cunning Turkish brothers in mind use such an exchange rate – that you can stay without the last pants. Use only dollars or euros in calculations. The territory of the hotel is small and cozy. There are beautiful flower beds everywhere, manicured lawns that are being tended. The hotel is only three floors high, but there is also a ground floor, where there are rooms that will be good for people with limited mobility, as they have individual exits instead of balconies. Due to the low number of floors, climbing the stairs to the third floor is not difficult. You don't have to wait for the elevator like big and tall hotels. At the same time, there is an elevator, you do not have to carry suitcases up the stairs. Three pools, two large and one for small children. In one pool, which is located near the dining area, almost no one swims. The depth is 1.3 m. The water temperature is very comfortable, neither cold nor hot, it is not heavily treated with bleach and other reagents, so you will not get irritations. There are many toilets on site, but they may not always be clean. As I wrote above about the noise, after 3 p.m., music is blaring from all sides in all hotels, so the best way out is not to hear the cacophony of different music – it's to be "in the center of events" and take an active part in competitions. Surprisingly, the show program at this hotel is very good. You won't be bored. Morning exercise at the pier. After lunch, there's either aerobics, yoga, or belly dancing. At 16:00 near the beach and the lawn bar, there are games of either bocho, archery, or darts. It's a lot of fun. After dinner, the show program. First, they entertain the children, it's the same for them every day, "Aram-zam-zam", "Sigma-boy" and so on. Every other day or so, the children are given ice cream at the end of the program. After 21 hours, the show is for adults, or to be precise, for everyone. There's a decent variety here. During our stay, karaoke, belly dancing, live performance of Russian hits (not bad), and a fire show were held. The latter is especially fun. The animators are great. The "main role" in animation is played by an animator, a heavily tanned man (macho, in a word), and I never found out what his name was. He gets along great with the kids, and he hosts a fire show and discos himself.… Great job! Two girls from the animation team are also trying very hard. They walk around the territory, invite people to events. At the same time, whose name is Milana speaks excellent Russian, you will not immediately realize that she is a local. After the show program, there is a disco on the pier at 22 o'clock. The DJ not only puts on music, but even mixes it!!! It's been a rarity lately. Now about the sea... the proximity to the sea is a huge plus of this hotel. Its own small beach. There are umbrellas and sun beds, but finding a free one is a huge problem. Compatriots leave their towels on the sun beds in the evening, while most of the time the beds are simply empty. The sea itself is clean, but when the waves rise, the dirt that the visitors themselves threw up, mostly pieces of plastic. There are no jellyfish at all, as in Crimea! The lifeguard is almost never in place.… But around 10 o'clock in the morning, "wheelers" walk along the beach on a banana and on a parachute and invite, but not obtrusively. The entrance to the sea is not very comfortable because of the rocks. There is a bridge for a comfortable approach. But the water is always very warm, I don't want to go out. That's the only reason you can and should come here. The food is good. I can't say it's great, but it's decent, and no one will go hungry. There is something to compare it with, I was in another hotel in Alanya in the 19th year. There were more varied dishes, and from time to time they served some delicacies and special dishes, including boiled crayfish... There were no crayfish here. But every day there was some grilled meat, chicken or turkey, and fish. I've never really eaten fried mackerel, but it's very well cooked here, there's no smell. The dishes are cooked very well. Beef is also available, and always, in the form of goulash, stewed rolls or whatever, while not being tough. Salads, vegetables, herbs, sweets are in great abundance. It's a very good sausage, and any kind of meat is available. It is advisable to come to the reception by the beginning, because at the end you may not get good dishes. There are few fruits, mostly apples, pears, plums. There were no peaches even once. Watermelon is usually not sweet. Melon is generally an herb, it is impossible to eat. Coffee from the coffee machine. They say it's normal, I don't drink myself. Black tea has already been brewed in teapots, they say it's not bad, I haven't tried it myself, so I don't know what it tastes like, because I only drank green tea. The rest of the tea is in locally produced tea bags. I only drank green tea, it tastes very good, above average. But at one "wonderful" moment, the green tea ran out and they couldn't bring it for three days! For this, at least at the time, take off one star in the review. It's a good thing that there was a shop across the street from the hotel that sold a similar one for 4 euros. I had to buy it. There were not always enough places in the dining room. I had to wait for someone to finish their meal. But you can put up with it. I don't write about alcohol, because I don't use it. They say it's decent, not too diluted. Cocktails (non-alcoholic) are made well, there is always a "standard" set: mojito, pinacolada, Miami, and more. The main disadvantage of not only this hotel, but the general stay in Turkey is the freedom for smokers. They smoke everywhere except in the dining room. Moreover, our compatriots abuse this, as if no one gave them a chance to smoke at all in their homeland, and now they have reached this process and are now ready to smoke anywhere.
