I had an amazing experience at this hotel, everything was just perfect. The entire staff, from the DJ to the bartenders and waiters, were incredibly friendly without exception. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the beautiful music, and the great vibes. We stayed at the Astoria Hotel in October 2025. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, we really liked it. The reception is met by friendly staff, the check-in was very fast, for which special thanks to Irina. I was very pleased with the diverse selection of the menu: especially fish, which was served every day, lots of fresh vegetables and herbs, fruits, drinks and sweets. Every day in the evenings, meat, cutlets, chicken wings, apples, tangerines, grapes were grilled on the grill, there was enough food for everyone, there were never queues. I would like to thank chef Alyatdin for the cuisine. The bartenders are friendly and funny guys, they treat you to delicious drinks and ice cream every time. The hotel is cozy and clean, especially beautiful in the evening when the pool and the hotel are illuminated. Pleasant music is playing. I would like to thank the staff: the waiters worked quickly and smoothly. The hammam and sauna are free, under the guidance of Ksenia. Very convenient location of the hotel, close to the sea 5-7 minutes On the beach, cleanliness, plenty of sun beds, satisfied with the rest, we recommend!

I booked 11 nights, arrived in the evening and was at the hotel around 21:30. It was not possible to check in right away, there were problems with the room, they offered to stay at the nearby Britannia hotel for one night, and in the afternoon they said that the room would be ready and the bonus would be WiFi for the entire stay and a safe. They also gave me the Ambassador 4* Hotel bracelet as a bonus and told me that I could use the beach and go eat there, but I'll get ahead of myself and say that on the day I checked in, I asked to cut it off and didn't use it. The room was small on the 4th floor, but it was enough for me. The food was varied and there was a lot of fish and it was every day. They also cooked different dishes on the grill every day in the evening. The food is all delicious and fresh. The drinks at the bar were locally produced, and there was also ice cream. I really liked the hammam under the guidance of Ksenia and the bath attendant Fatih. The staff is friendly. Cleaning ... well, I won't say anything here, since in fact there was practically none. There is tea and coffee in the room, as well as a kettle and a bottle of water. Upon check-in, water can be safely collected in the cooler. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, or a maximum of 7 (depending on the pace). Drinks (juice, water, coffee, tea) are free on the beach, as well as sun beds and umbrellas. I love Kemer and was generally satisfied with my vacation.

We had a rest from 09/5/2025-09/14/2025. A 3* hotel, the only advantages are the location and friendly staff. For 9 days, the room was never cleaned, and upon arrival, they were sent to spend the night at another hotel. There are only 7 umbrellas and very few sun beds on the beach, and everyone is so tired... The pastel looks like it's 40 years old, washed out. The food is very meager, but you won't stay hungry, cocktails are about nothing. Everything on the beach is paid except for the water. There is no animation, there is a foam disco for entertainment on Friday at 1 p.m. at 2:30 p.m. Something like this... Of course, we left rested, because Kemer is a paradise, the sea, the mountains are beautiful, a cool shopping area, there is something to buy, but this only brightened up our vacation. In general, the hotel is not for the fussy.

I was left perplexed. I was in this hotel about 7 years ago, then there was another situation, the hotel was brand new. The situation is sad now. They don't invest financially in the hotel, and it's sad. Already knowing about such a divorce, many people say that they offer to check into a hotel below the stars, I refused and asked to show my flooded room, which I was refused. After much persuasion and my refusal, they found a room that they had just checked out of and they needed to clean it and wait for me until two in the morning. I agreed. As a result, I spent until 4 a.m. already half-lying down from fatigue and a wild desire to sleep on their sofas in the lobby. The room was provided with torn curtains and a mattress with the smell of cat urine. I called the administrator, it turns out he was not aware. But there was nothing they could do. So I left the showdown until morning. It's better not to tell you how I slept that night. In the morning I went to the reception and asked for another room. They refused to provide another room, but the curtains and mattress were changed. Later, I found a completely broken door in the shower stall. But I had to turn a blind eye to that. Because I only came for 4 days and I wanted to have time to enjoy the weather and the sea. And not to engage in everyday life and clarification. But the very fact of such a settlement left me at a loss. I paid decent money for both 4 stars. And you don't exactly live in a double, but in some kind of homeless shelter. And the receptionist was so offended by me that he didn't greet me for the rest of the days. That is, I was also bullied. At the same time, I love this hotel and would probably come again. I just want to get lucky with the number, and this is a lottery. A guy I know was more lucky. The hotel likes its location, close to the center and the sea. And the inside view. It looks cozy to me. However, more foreigners used to come to it. Now our Slavic guys have covered all the balconies with towels and underpants. But if you do not pay attention to this, then the hotel will look romantic. I was in the first half of October 2025, the sea is warm, but not in August. But I could stay in the water for an hour. I've had sciatica a couple of times, though. Warming ointments helped. The choice of nutrition is the worst. There were different fish in the diet, which pleased me. I didn't keep track of the meat, but everything seemed to be fine too. The fruits were grapes, apples, plums, and pears. But there was never a melon or a watermelon. Which is strange. There was alcohol, but I'm not a big fan. One of the advantages is that they were fed at night when they checked in and gave breakfast with them when they left early. The staff at the restaurant is friendly. Well, it's a great company that I've managed to get during this time, despite all the hardships of life. I also enjoyed an excursion on a three-deck liner with swimming in the open sea and a foam party. Although the party was not the main one, it also added its own piquancy.

But keep in mind that it's nice to have a view of the pool during the day, things dry sunny, but in the evening music from the disco is playing very loudly under your windows, and after it ends, drunken compatriots laugh, shout, etc. They didn't go to the sauna/hammam, they didn't even want to. It will be good if you take a clothesline into your suitcase on your own and tie it to the balcony, because otherwise it is not convenient and there is no place to dry things. The pool is small and not deep, normal, there were foam discos twice in 10 days. The beach is small, but it's a five-minute walk from the hotel, with pebbles. The food is normal, but the same thing is expected, go to local doners or to the pizzeria dominos, as well as to the Migros store, there is always something to buy and something to profit from))) We arrived without local money, it was not difficult to walk to the center of the tower in the evening and exchange money at the circular exchange, you and Tinkoff There are rubles on Tinkoff, they give you cash tugriki, and they even give you Wi-Fi without any problems. We stayed at this hotel at the end of September 2022 and then we liked everything. We decided to go there again this year. The only good thing left was the kitchen, everything was delicious as before. The bar isn't bad either. The kitchen and bar staff, the guys are great. There were no problems at the reception either, all requests and problems were solved. There is dirt everywhere on the territory and rooms. There is no cleaning at all . Towels and bed linen are dead. The beach was already small, but it has become even smaller. And almost all in the shade . I was only pleased with the sea, it was clean and very warm.

So.... We stayed at this hotel from 1.09 to 8.09, the impressions are mixed We arrived early, but of course we didn't go to the meeting to check in, but at least it was ready at exactly 14, others were still waiting and indignant, and this was due to the sooooo long cleaning (apparently there was no staff or something), and some were even temporarily checked into the hotel opposite. And the biggest disadvantage is the cleaning in the room, which was completely absent, and in the hotel as a whole, so the dust was driven into the corners and will come off.🙈 On the first day, a large towel rack fell off in the room, they asked for it and brought it to the room, they indicated, but they came as well and so the shelf remained on the floor until the end of the vacation😁The towels were not changed until you asked, and so was the cleaning, and in the end, only when they left, they knocked on our door to clean up. The food was very good, they tried their best, and thanks to the chefs, you won't stay hungry, just a boring breakfast and a monotonous dessert and in the same taste. The beach is about 7 minutes long, the hotel has its own piece of beach and of course it is also unkempt😁 the most shameful😁 and we walked through almost every one and even the modest ones were quite clean🙈 Half-broken deck chairs, all in a shabby way, well, both in the hotel and on the beach, apparently this is their thing😂 Free coffee and lemonades on the beach, something to eat is all for a fee. Overall, the impressions are normal, brightened up by just beautiful nature and the purest sea.

The beach is small, but there is enough space for everyone, it is pebbly, there is a trapeze for entering the sea. The sea is simply gorgeous — van love! The bar is paid, only juices are free. We liked the kitchen, the food is delicious, there is always something to eat. Beer and wine are free at the hotel's bar. In general, we feel comfortable relaxing. There are a lot of families with children here, but they didn't bother us — they ran and played without creating inconveniences. There is a hammam and sauna, but they are located in the basement and there is an unpleasant smell. The staff is Russian-speaking (or understands us), friendly. The location is excellent: 3-5 minutes to the sea, close to the center — everything is nearby. This is just my review. Talking to other vacationers, I noticed that many of them are delighted! 😝 --

First, overbooking is practiced at the hotel - arriving here, you risk ending up in another hotel, but not just in another, but temporarily in another, or you will be marinated waiting in the lobby (for several hours) when the check-in time has long passed. And there's nothing you can do. You can shout, threaten, but they absolutely don't care. Next, the hotel itself has a tiny beach, so don't count on places there during the season. The food is fine, but if you have enough. If you come to dinner closer to 20:00 (although it is until 21:00), the plates with the second courses may be empty, and the staff simply shrugs. If you want to have breakfast even 10 minutes earlier (when everything is set, and you have to go on an excursion or to the beach, plus you agreed on it the day before), you will simply be kicked out like animals. Well, the bonus is that there is no cleaning, the linen has not been changed in a week, we went in once and took out the trash, but even the cigarette butts were not removed from the ashtray from the balcony. It was useless to ask to leave. There were beach towels, but the dead were in the trash and agreed to change them every three days. There were no problems with local alcohol, sometimes something ended, but it seemed like everything was quickly replenished. There was no music after 22:30, as in most cases there were no people in the common areas after that time. The room itself is normal if you have a view of the pool (there are several other options with views of the walls). The staff is tired, they won't smile at you. Moral: if it is very cheap, then you can go, if there are other options, then choose other options.

Irina, a very friendly, beautiful Russian-speaking woman, works at the reception. Thanks to her, our vacation was wonderful. I can say one thing, that a person works in his place. I also can't help but thank the permanent receptionist, Nabi's man. This employee is always on duty. Thanks to him, the hotel was always in order. He is very responsible and responsive. I would also like to thank the entire staff of chefs and special thanks to the Chef of the restaurant, during breakfast, lunch and dinner, he was always present, greeted warmly, asked how he was resting. And what kind of figures he made out of watermelons. It's a masterpiece!!! The waiters in the restaurant have always worked together and harmoniously. Well done guys! And I can't help but mention the permanent DJ of the Astoria Hotel, a young man named Isa. He was very friendly, always greeted all vacationers with an amazing smile. I was interested in how he was resting. All the evenings were organized by him. And now a little bit about the service. The hotel, although small, is very cozy. The rooms were always cleaned regularly, an important merit of the maids. Bed linen was changed as needed, towels were changed every day. Everything worked in our room. The shower is serviceable, the toilet, the hair dryer. Shampoo and gel were periodically replenished. The hotel has a swimming pool, the water is cooler than the sea, but crystal clear. There is a bar with alcoholic drinks - all inclusive. From wine to whiskey, crayfish. The beach at the hotel is small, but there were always enough sun beds for everyone. The beach worker always kept it clean. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach, but walking along the streets to the sea is a pleasure. I especially want to tell you about Moryushko - it's a fairy tale!!! It is warm, the water is clean, the bottom is visible at the depth of the buoys. But it's a little difficult to enter without special shoes. There is a bar on the beach where coffee and soft drinks are all included. And I can't help but point out the main reason for choosing this hotel: everything is within walking distance here. The main street with shops is the Estuary, the bazaar, the main attraction of Kemer is the clock tower. All shops: Waikiki, Migros, De facto and Ataturk Park! In conclusion, I would like to thank all the employees of the hotel once again for a great time!!! We flew home, but we will definitely return to this hotel again!!!

We were in Astoria in early September 2025. A small, quiet, no-frills hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within a 10-minute walking distance. A hotel for relaxation, not for noisy companies. There were guests from the former Soviet Union and from Europe. After 22.30, the hotel freezes, no one yells or hangs out, which I really liked. The rooms are small, economy class, the bed is 140 cm wide, the TV is tiny, 15 inches. The cleaning is very superficial, the linen has not been changed once a week (although it is stated on the website daily), towels are on request. Everything is clean. The staff is male. All the guys were friendly, unobtrusively doing their job. The pool is clean, we monitored its operation mode. There is a hammam and a spa, but it is mostly used for paid spa programs. The food was good, without frills, and you could always find something for yourself. There are few dairy products, eggs for breakfast, grilled food for dinner, seasonal fruits and vegetables, powdered coffee from the vending machine. The chef is always in the room, which is commendable! Bar: alcohol is acceptable, meets the stated requirements, beer is for an amateur (I didn't like it). There is a vending machine with budget drinks on the beach. The beach is small, but there is. There were plenty of sun beds. The clean, warm sea, small pebbles, and mountain views cover all the disadvantages. The hotel fully meets the price-quality ratio. If you are faced with a choice whether to go or not, go ahead.
