She started arguing with me and started being rude when I asked her why she didn't tell me the total of the purchase. She said she didn't have to tell every customer about it. Tell me, then why do they work as a cashier? I have no claim to the store. Only some cashiers need to explain their responsibilities. There are buyer's rights. I think you are aware of them. I am waiting for apologies and feedback.
