The food is good, the choice is great. You can always choose according to your taste. Everything is fresh. They deliver dishes all the time. The location is good. At the beginning of Cleopatra Beach. The beach is urban. But... Previously, no plates were observed when entering the sea. There was a clean sand. And now the plates are almost everywhere in the sea at sunset. It is necessary to choose a place of entry to bypass the plates. And so everything is fine in sunny Alanya. I am not disappointed with the hotel. Recommend. I am adding a review. We are finishing our stay at the hotel. There are no complaints about the hotel. But!!! There are sewage treatment plants nearby, the smell is terrible. There is a constant smell of sewage in the morning and evening. It is impossible to go out onto the balcony. It is not felt on the embankment, but it is worth walking along the street parallel to the embankment.... To the point of nausea. The authorities are solving this problem, they are going to move the structures underground, but for now... I'm not going to Alanya anymore.

Vacationed with my husband at this hotel from October 8 to October 16, 2024, quite recently.
The hotel is large, double-hulled; we found 3 swimming pools, one of them with slides, sun beds and a shower; an area with gazebos, fruit trees, sports and playgrounds, and even chickens can be viewed in the back;
the restaurant is large, the food is mainly European, a lot of vegetables, meat, fish, chicken, desserts of the same type with a traditional flavor, fruits (apples, pears, oranges, plums) - there are plenty to choose from; alcohol - wine for an amateur, whiskey/gin cocktails and beer - nothing) tea, coffee, fruit drinks - in general, tea tastes better from teapots - try it)
The rate at the hotel, by the way, was normal, not overpriced, such as at the airport or some exchangers.
Internet in the room is paid (it was 13 euros per week), we did not take it - we used the free one in the lobby.
The safe is paid, but we also did not use it - we locked the things in the suitcase with a combination lock and everything was fine.
We cleaned the room every day - wiped the floors at the entrance))) towels and linen were changed several times.
Everything was not so bad in the room, but we didn't spend much time in it, and we didn't bother about cloudy mirrors and old furniture. There was a TV from 3! Russian channels, mini-refrigerator, air conditioning worked properly, there was also a clothes dryer on the balcony)

As for food, I repeat, there are no complaints at all in this category of hotel. Twice a day, fish, chicken, fresh vegetables. The desserts are decent, the most delicious melon. Who does not have enough meat, well, it is necessary, then, to buy a tour for 300 k, at least.

Почти отлично. Расположение оптимальное: совсем рядом с морем, лучший пляж Алании, пешком по набережной 25 минут до фуникулёра, рядом с отелем остановка автобуса номер 1: то есть 10-15 минут до любой остановки в центре, ездили так в порт и к Красной башне.
Кормят нормально, выбрать можно на свой вкус, хотя колбаса на завтрак дешёвая, сыр солоноват (но сортов много, есть хорошие), каша переслащёная, про суп ребенок вообще заявил: варить не умеют, "издеваются над россиянами" :-). Зато овощи, зелень, салаты, десерты всегда в изобилии. Вкусные печёные яблоки. Фрукты на ужин (чаще арбуз, реже дыня и черешня) выдают не в ресторане, а на улице за бассейном (имейте в виду сразу)! Мясо, рыба есть, не сильно разнообразно, но как правило вполне съедобно. Проблемы решают оперативно: в полночь заглох кондиционер, исправили через 20 минут.
Из минусов: убирались, конечно, но песок из душа не убирали, так и копился; а песка с пляжа, если часто ходить, не нанести невозможно. Бесплатный Wi-Fi только около reception, в номерах дорого, обходились своим роумингом, раздавая с одного телефона на остальные, дешевле обошлось.

It's dark everywhere, Wi-Fi in the lobby barely works, if 8 people are connected, you will wait for the page to open on the Internet for several minutes. Cleaning: Upon arrival, the room was clean, there were mini gels and soap in the shower. They were not brought back. Also with water, there are two bottles in the refrigerator, they were no longer replenished. But there are no problems with water. There are coolers everywhere.
Cleaning every day, towels and bedding were changed every 2 days. They cleaned cleanly.
Territory: there are 3 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel. A pool with 5 slides, mostly children there.

Отдыхали с 9.06. 23 по 19.06.23. Хороший отель. Без изысков, но все самое важное есть. Расположение отличное, 5 мин до пляжа Клеопатра. Номера чистые, уборка качественная. Обед и ужин разнообразные, но завтрак бывает скудноват. Ближе к концу отдыха народа стало очень много, так что приходилось либо ждать свободный стол, либо приходить позднее. На территории з бассейна, один из которых с 2-мя горками.

Если ехать в этот отель, то только за хорошим морем и прекрасными видами. Море 5 баллов, такого давно не видел, очень чистое, красивое бирюзовое, метровые черепахи, мурены, ежи. Рекомендую подняться на фуникулере, осмотреть крепость, поплавать на яхте. Поплавать вдоль горы, заглянуть в пещеру.
А отель? В отеле советую бывать пореже, нет ни чего, что бы стоило описать, все на отвяжись, даже и оценка 3 это с натяжкой. Еда невкусная, вся на старом жиру, и просто плохо приготовлена, один раз дали запеканку с плесенью, ну в общем ооочень осторожно. Чистота приемлемая, но тоже, полотенца взяли, на замену, а чистых нет, напоминания не помогают, пришлось взять самому из тележки уборщицы, ну и все так. Заселение тянули до последнего, хотя номер был готов, кондиционер не работал, белья и полотенец не было, пришлось идти на рецепцию, в общем все нужно пробивать, не расслабишься. Расположение не плохое, 100-150 м до моря

The hotel is excellent, there are 3 swimming pools, a Playground.the food is delicious and varied.We really liked it there

Плюсы:
-вблизи красивущий пляж Клеопатра и набережная
-территория отеля очень не плохая,есть сад,в нем гуляют курочки и петушок.Есть качельки,тренажеры несколько штук
-есть горки в бассейне,но работают они всего 2 ч в день
Минусы:
-ОТНОШЕНИЕ!!!два года назад к русским оно было в разы лучше!Основной контингент в отеле европейцы,русских было очень мало.Так вот улыбаются им и пытаются угодить в разы больше,чем русским!Кстати,на рынках тоже самое.Раньше турки казались более приветливой и гостеприимной нацией,сейчас я другого мнения
-очереди за едой🤣особенно на обед …Они нескончаемые
-шампунь и бутылочку воды принесли единожды
-Еды вроде и много,но она однообразная,кондитерка👎
-грязные зеркала,особенно в лифте!!!
Да и вся уборка посредственная,песок лип к ногам

Хороший отель на чудесном пляже, очень чисто, все время моют, белье и полотенца хорошие, три небольших бассейна, один с горочкой, еда средняя, все свежее но выбор не для гурманов, скорее эконом, все общественные пространства очень приятные, персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Анимации минимум. И пенсионеры, и семьи с детками и из разных стран Европы и России.

A 4-star hotel does not pull at all, a maximum of 3, the cleaning in the rooms is terrible, the floors are stained, garbage in the corners. The food is delicious, there were not enough different fruits. The staff is friendly and courteous. The windows are not hermetic, the audibility is excellent, in the morning prayers from the mosque, and the rooster. In the late afternoon, the sewer smells terrible.

The hotel is for your money and the stars are good. The rooms are already tired, one outlet per room, but everyone is writing about it here and it was expected. Wi-Fi in the room and a safe for a fee (Wi-Fi 1 euro per hour), a sunbed on the beach of the hotel 110 lira per day. I was especially pleased with the food: grilled dishes (fish, shish kebab, hamburgers) are mandatory for lunch and dinner, a lot of vegetables, new options every day - do not get bored, poisoning and other digestive problems are not noticed. There is also nothing wrong with alcohol at the hotel bar (but exclusively local). Small questions about cleaning: it was very clean upon arrival, but during the week they never changed the towels, you have to go and ask to do it at the reception. The maids are not eager to understand you, and if you were suddenly in the room at the time of cleaning, then later she will not return to you anymore. Take shampoos and shower gels with you - they are not replenished either, just go ask at the reception again. BUT THERE IS JUST A HUGE PROBLEM that is not directly related to the hotel, but very important is the quality of the sea. Going out to sea on Cleopatra beach is a solid slab, slippery and overgrown with algae, on which everyone falls and gets injured, cuts their legs and fingers. I personally cut my finger, caught some kind of infection in it and applied for travel insurance to prescribe treatment. There are literally several exits to the entire huge beach without these slabs, very narrow, which are crowded with everyone. All the time that we were there, the waves were strong, which just knocked you down on these slabs and boulders. It is also difficult to call this gray mud on the beach golden sand: there is a lot of garbage, cigarette butts. The water itself stinks, it looks very much like a sewer (and there is some kind of drain nearby from the pipe). Again, there is a lot of garbage in the water, both natural and plastic. You can't see any azure sea from the beautiful photos here. The situation is better on the beach from the opposite side, near the Damlatash cave, where all the most beautiful promotional photos were taken, but it is very far to go there. There are three pools in the hotel, one even with slides, but for such a large number of vacationers they are very small, there are always parties of drunken Germans with Poles who do not swim in the sea at all. There is a minimum entertainment program - mostly leather and fur shows. In general, if your goal is to spend a budget vacation, eat from the belly, have a good drink and snack, and you are not interested in the sea at all, then welcome. If you are going for a good beach holiday, then I advise you to look for a beach and a hotel elsewhere, since there are enough of them in Turkey.

The food is monotonous. The breakfasts are meager. There were strong waves at sea. Out of 11 days, 3 went swimming. A wallet was stolen from the room. I found it already at home. There wasn't much money, but there were cards. I had to rebuild everything.

Officially, the hotel is 4 stars. Really, it probably pulls three. Cosmetic repairs and plumbing repairs are required. No sound insulation. The food is buffet style, but not very varied. We rested for a week in May, for a week there was never any meat, only chicken or turkey. For lunch, there is only one type of soup, one type of fish and poultry in different types. Of the fruits, only oranges and grapefruit. Side dishes include rice and pasta.
But we are more interested in the sea, and it is two steps away - just cross the road. The hotel is on the first line.

Отдыхала в этом отеле с 25 апреля по 4 мая, Все очень понравилось, да я и не искала недостатки.Номер небольшой .,но уютный, убирались часто.В душе правда не было геля для душа но это пустяки.Кухня шикарная, все блюда мне кажется я и не попробовала.Овощи ,не хочется подсаливать, до того они вкусные! Выпечка восторг! Персонал вежливый, если что не понятно, включаешь переводчик на телефоне и все .Пару дней были дожди, а потом мне повезло с погодой и я загорела и даже искупалась! Вода была +22 сезон только начинался.Красивая природа, доброжелательные люди ,я бы хотела ещё туда вернуться!

Хороший отель, твёрдая 4, еда достаточно разнообразная, в комнатах чисто, убирают каждый день, полотенца для ног меняют каждый день, для рук и тела меняют по мере необходимости, номера просторные, персонал отзывчивый, сервис на хорошем уровне, советую данный отель.
Отдыхали с 08.08.22 по 16.08.22, возможно, мы не придирчивые туристы, потому что при нас одна пара подняла шум из-за того что в номере душно и пыль нашли, и вообще они хотели другой номер, а не этот. Действительно, если приезжать на отдых с плохим настроением, то он, естественно, не задастся и отель, номер, персонал, еда, пляж, море и Турция в целом не понравится.
P.S. пляж отличный, песок, но при в ходе в море в некоторых местах можно встретить большие камни.

Vacationed with my husband in September 2023. The hotel is old, it can be seen that it is very tired. The most friendly was our maid, there was cleaning, but she didn't seem to be there.Only changed the bed and towel.A huge queue of hungry, very hungry vacationers.I have been to Turkey for the 7th time and I have seen such queues for the first time. It's very annoying.Future tourists be prepared that it will always be 3 times a day.The photos on various sites are beautiful, in fact a very weak hotel. They save on everything.I would put 3-.I definitely won't come back and I won't recommend it.
