November paid 7.000 TL for a 6-month membership to Usç Fitness Bayrampasa branch I registered on November 13th. On November 25, I indicated that I wanted to cancel my membership, and the gym owner personally approved the cancellation of my membership and the refund. I was told that only a 1-month deduction will be made from the total 7,000 TL I paid, and the remaining amount will be refunded. However, despite the passage of time Dec, no refund was made to my side in any way. After I met with the salon owner face to face on the day I canceled my membership, no explanation was given, my calls, messages were not returned, nor was I contacted again. I was left completely unresponsive and unaware. I request that the remaining amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible by making a 1-month deduction from the 7,000 TL paid.
